LEAD ››

Develop into a leader who can confidently lead small and large groups through service opportunities, engage others across generations, and delegate tasks.

grow ››

Grow personally, professionally and spiritually as you gain new skills and draw closer to God through all of the life-changing moments and challenges.

inspire ››

Inspire others as you engage with teenagers from across the country and help them experience God in a whole new way.

serve ››

Serve by following the example set by Christ, partnering with community members, and immersing yourself in relational ministry.

PAID SUMMER JOBS

Earn $3,000-$4,500

All summer staff positions are PAID! Stipends for summer positions start at $3,000 for Site Coordinators and $4,500 for Site Directors.

Additional bonus available for qualified staff who lead worship on guitar, piano, or ukulele.

INTERNSHIPS

Summer Staff positions can often meet essential internship requirements and are flexible. YouthWorks desires to work with you and your university to see if a Summer Staff position can meet your specific needs.

WHAT WE COVER

In addition to your pay, YouthWorks covers your lodging, meals and vehicles to use during the summer to limit any personal expense you might have.
