As a YouthWorks Summer Staff, you will: • Face big challenges that will strengthen your faith in God and in who God has made you to be • Experience the joy of seeing God move in the lives of teenagers • Encounter and daily reflect on the movements of God while leading in a ministry context

PAID SUMMER JOBS Earn $2,750-$4,250 All summer staff positions are PAID! Stipends for summer positions start at $2,750 for Site Coordinators and $4,250 for Site Directors.

Additional bonus available for staff who lead worship on guitar, piano, or ukulele as part of their staff position.

INTERNSHIPS Summer Staff positions can often meet essential internship requirements and are flexible.

YouthWorks desires to work with you and your university to see if a Summer Staff position can meet your specific needs.

As a YouthWorks staff, you’ll live in a new community and work on a diverse team to create meaningful Christ-centered mission trips.

Throughout the summer you’ll invite middle school and high school students into respectful service experiences that support our local partners who are meeting real needs and creating a long-term impact in their communities. Be a part of facilitating these impactful experiences that introduce students to all God is doing in the communities you serve.

WHAT WE COVER

In addition to your pay, YouthWorks covers your lodging, meals and vehicles to use during the summer to limit any personal expense you might have.
