Renee Webb, Mother & Kiana Webb Kiana Webb is the CEO to Webb Family Enterprises. She was the Keynote Speaker and one well equipped to speak to the awaiting audience. Kiana became the CEO of McDonald Enterprise at the age of 26 years old. It was so refreshing to hear her talk about her Father, Reggie Webb and her Mother, Renee Webb. Her family had so much love and guidance. Her mother was a stay home mom and she raised her children as the one in charge period. Kiana gave us an example of how they knew there mother was in charge when she shared that all of the children was taller than their mother. Their mother told them “Don’t Get It Twisted” “I Can Punch Down” and “I Can Punch Up” everybody laughed as she demonstrated how her mother’s acted it out. Kiana quoted an Old African Proverb that says “if you want to go quickly, you go alone. If you want to go far , you go together” As a child she informed us that's what her family did everyday whether at home or at work they were a team! Kiana admitted to us that she was afraid when she was asked by her father Reggie Webb to come and work for the company. She had those fears because she felted she could not measure up to be as her father! She knew how powerful he

was by what he had done for their family and the legacy at McDonald and in the Community. She used the word Extraordinary several times in her delivery as it related to her mother and her father. But, as I continued to sit there and listen to Kiana, I realized that Kiana took that Fear By The Neck and became her own Extraordinary! Kiana came to realize that she had been given an opportunity to be who she was meant to be who she was meant to be and not what others expected her to be! She is the CEO overseeing a company with over 13,00 employees. Her Education and the experience she was allotted growing up with her Extraordinary mother and father put her in the perfect position to fill the position. There is so much more I could write about how I was encouraged after hearing Kiana speak.
