General Information & Accessibility Accessibility If you have any access requirements, please let us know when you are booking so that we can make your visit as easy as possible. The Lower Stalls, Box Office, and Riverside Kitchen are located on the ground floor. All other floors are accessible using the lift. We offer a complimentary ticket on selected performances for an essential companion. We offer a warm welcome for assistance dogs, please advise the Box Office when booking. There are five wheelchair accessible spaces in the Main House and eight in the Mill Studio. There are two (non-reservable) blue badge parking spaces immediately outside the main entrance. Visitors can be dropped off at the theatre’s main entrance first if necessary. The Main House has Sennheiser infra-red sound enhancement systems. Headsets are available from front of house.
Captioned, BSL, dementia-friendly and audio-described performances are available for some productions. See the individual show pages or access page on our website for more information. We now have accessible toilets at Ground and Circle levels. You can now sign up to book accessible seats online, find out more on our website.
