Site 27.921 m2 Location : Kota Gedebage, Bandung Kota Gedebage Teknopolis which is a city that is being developed by the Bandung City government, the aim is to help increase the development that is being carried out and attract the community and become an activity generator for the surrounding community to respond to the issue of modernity that occurs where people’s lives in urban areas tend to be more individualistic because of progress. and technological developments. The general design theme is disruptive technologies. Disruptive technologies are innovations that help create new markets, which disrupt or damage existing markets.

CONVENTION & EXHIBITION CENTER

The mass of the building is separated into 2 main functions, namely the main mass and support. The main mass is the mass with the convention hall function which is facilitated by the main lobby, retail area, lounge and coffee shop, and other supporting spaces. While the supporting mass has a function as an exhibition hall where on the ground floor there are public functions such as a restaurant, business center, management office, and co-working space. The 2nd floor is used for semi-private functions such as meeting rooms, convention rooms and seminar rooms. While on the 3rd floor there is an exhibition function, divided into two, namely the main exhibition and the minor exhibition. The structural system used is a gridshell on the main mass and steel columns and steel beams for the body of the building, as well as a truss roof structure with a tabletop shape on the supporting mass.

2021 APARTMENT LMAN

Location : Jakarta, Indonesia The owner of this project is the State Asset Management Institute. The owner wants to renovate 6 apartment unit assets for rent back, that located in several areas in Jakarta. The condition of these apartment units has long been abandoned and neglected.

The design concept applied is modern and clean, so that the selection of materials and furniture used is low maintenance.

INTERNATIONAL IDEA COMPETITION

Site 7.1 km2 Location : Daegu, South Korea Daegu as a city with the most advanced industrial complex development is known as the third-largest urban agglomeration in Korea after Seoul and Busan. Currently, Daegu has already planned five industrial districts throughout the city. However, as an industrial center, Daegu itself is not yet self-sufficient in the supply of food or livestock and energy.

Urban Agriculture Park as a concept is brought to bring agricultural value in every activity held in the area, both in public and private areas. Conventional farming principles such as intercropping, multi-cropping, crop rotation, and resting period are also adapted to modern farming lifestyles, collaborating with Daegu’s advanced technologies. Farmer’s market and communal garden will be placed to encourage social interaction as the occupants plant, harvest, and sell their crops.

Site 900 m2 Location : Central Java, Indonesia Now many suicides cases, especially in young adults are caused by stress. life in the city sometimes makes stress often occur, the hustle bustle and density of cities that are encountered every day. Central Java has the highest number of suicide in Indonesia based on Statistics Indonesia data 2015.

The goal of this design is to design a space that can support spirituality and sustain happiness in such a way that when passing through and spending time in one such space one would feel different from when they entered.

At the stage of the body the design is made so that visitors can use all of its senses. The senses are manifested by differences in material, from the sound and the sense of smell is raised from the fragrance of nature MIND

The mind stage is designed in the main building on the 2nd floor. In this area, the aim of design is visitors being more calm and focused, natural light and air can still enter and visitors can see the view of the trees. SPIRIT

The last is the spirit stage, at this stage visitors are made so that they can reflect on their old self which has changed with their new spirit. Circulation is made of glass and surrounded by bamboo trees so that the image itself is created.
