設計理念 這個一個將已裝修房間改裝設計為書房的改裝設計案，屋主希望以不拆除原先裝修，以只增不減原先裝修的前提下進行設計。 這個改裝設計空間位於住家三樓，包含一個9坪大的房間和一條長約4公尺的2坪大走道，兩個部分。經由這條走道會經過男女主人的更衣間、廁所並且通往男女主人 的房間，但是這三個空間則不在委託設計範圍內。 這個書房是由三個人使用，男主人、女主人和一個三歲的小孩。男主人是一名商人，女主人是家管。設計訴求是將一個書房空間區分成三個閱讀單位，在既開放又保 有各自私人使用區域的概念下，可以讓一家三口使用。三個人不僅可以在自己的閱讀區專心研讀亦可以和其他人分享的書房空間。 空間中大量使用黑灰色調的鋼琴烤漆與玻璃，整體風格為簡約現代風，簡潔的與俐落的現代時尚感呼應了屋主現代風的渴望。設計師善用光源、材質與色彩的合宜搭 配，透過鋼琴烤漆與玻璃映照特質，達到空間的放大與提亮效果， 上演光影與反射的遊戲，有效擴大了公領域的視覺，書房地板鋪陳溫潤木地板，帶給人書香氣息 ，給予人明快舒適的閱讀空間。 書房入口處設計了一個造型牆。造型牆上的銀狐大理石坐落在書房中心，提升了整個空間的質感，展現沉穩又時尚的品味。材質上，主要由黑色烤漆玻璃、木皮、銀 狐大理石與四款高級橫紋金屬感壁紙組成。設計上，方形框互扣的設計概念，透過書房通往走道入口拉門的黑色鋼琴烤漆反射材質特性，反射出造型牆影像，產生對 稱的視覺美感。此造型牆的背面亦結合了一個書櫃的功能，兼具了美觀與且收納的實用性。造型牆設計上坐落在銀狐大理石上的木質方型框，將造型牆後窗戶的光線 巧妙的帶入造型牆設計中。

This refit project aims to redesign a renovated room into study room. The house owners want to keep the original design and add other decorations.

The refit design is destined for the third floor of the house, which contains a 29.752065 m2 room space and a 6.61157 m2 walkway space about 4 meters long. The walkway leads to the changing room, the restroom, and the bedroom dedicated for the house owners (the host and the hostess). But the changing room, the restroom, and the bedroom are not included in this refits project.

The study room is shared by three people in the house, which include the host, the hostess, and their three-year-old child. The host is a businessman, and the hostess is a housekeeper. The refit design aims to divide the study room into three units to allow privacy in the shared space for three people as a family. They can not only concentrate on reading and studying in their own study spaces but also share the study room with others.

Black and grey are heavily used in the space over the paint of the piano and the glass. The overall style exhibits simple modernity. The style characterized by simplicity and neatness echoes the desires of the house owners for modernity. Designers make marvelous use of the the light, materials and colors to create a perfect mixture. The space seems to be enlarged and brightened and the vision in the public space seems to be broadened with reflections of light from the paint over the piano and the glossiness of the glass. The study room is decorated with wooden floor to create an atmosphere in which people can read and study with great comfort.

The entrance of the study room is decorated with a stylish wall with a piece of silver fox marble above it to enhance the overall quality of the space and exhibit poise and a taste for fashion.

The materials mainly include black painted glass, wood veneer, silver fox marble and four high-class metallic wallpaper with cross grains. The interlocked rectangular frames with the reflections from the black paint of the piano create an image for the stylish wall and a sense of symmetry. A bookshelf is set behind the stylish wall for both aesthetics and practicality. The interlocked rectangular frames over the silver fox marble as the base of the stylish wall subtly brings the light from the window into the overall design of the stylish wall.

走道上延續了入口造型牆方形框互扣結構與材質上黑色烤漆玻璃、木皮與四款高級橫紋金屬感壁紙的設計概驗念。設計了一個黑色鋼琴烤漆材質的方形框上橫跨一沿 著牆面延伸了3公尺長的木質橫板。不僅兼具了美觀亦有展示櫃的功能。整體設計上採以黑色烤漆結合木質橫板的展示櫃體，內部暗鑲燈光，讓櫃體更形輕盈美觀。 屋主對於破除格局上風水禁忌的三個訴求 : 1.書房入口處設計一造型牆，破除房門正對往下樓梯的風水禁忌。 2.封住書房兩邊開窗其中一邊的窗戶，避諱風水問題。 3.破除門內門小三房的風水禁忌。因此將書房入口的門拆除，將其造型牆的美麗延伸至書房門外，此外走道尾端通往男女主人房間的門也會拆除，僅留一位於書房與 走道之間的黑色烤漆拉門。僅留一拉門的安排，不僅破除了門內門小三房的風水禁忌，也巧妙的區隔了公領域的書房與私領域男女主人使用的更衣間、廁所與房間。 書房中為了增加桌面的層次感，使男主人桌面離地面有85cm高，因此在男主人的閱讀區設計了10cm高的墊高區。墊高區上使用大紅色橫紋的環保波隆藝術地毯。頂 級地毯屬於綠建材不僅強調舒適的觸感，更具備環保、防焰、防水、耐磨、減音等功能還可以用濕布清潔，為整個空間的設計上達到畫龍點睛效果。

The corridor also uses interlocked rectangular frames, glasses with black paint, wood veneers and wallpapers with horizontal stripes and metallic textures to design rectangular frames with black paints and a 3-meter long wooden transverse plate that extends across the wall. The design not only carries aesthetic values but also functions as a display cabinet. The display cabinet combined with wooden traverse plates with black paints and dim lights in the cabinet are used for the overall design to appear lightweight and aesthetic.

The house owners use the following three appeals to bust the taboos against Feng Shui : 1. The entrance of the study room is decorated with a stylish wall to bust the taboo that prohibits the door of the room from directly facing the downward stairs.

2. One of the side windows is blocked to avoid the Feng Shui issue.

3. The door at the entrance of the study room is removed and the stylish wall is extended outside of the study room. Meanwhile, the door at the end of the corridor that leads to the master room for the host and the hostess will also be removed. Only a sliding door with black paints is kept between the study room and the corridor, which not only busts the taboo that prohibits a door from facing another door directly but also ingeniously separates the study room in public space from the change room, the restroom, and the bedroom in private space.

In order to enhance the sense of layering in the study room, the host’s table is 85 centimeters higher than the ground. Thus, the study area for the host is designed to be 10 centimeters higher. The heightened area is covered with a Bronn Art carpets with large red stripes. The high-class carpet is an environmentally friendly construction material which not only has a comfortable touch-feel but also protects the environment and resists fire, water, and wears and absorbs noises. It can also be cleaned with a wet cloth and add the finishing touch to the entire space.
