INTERNAL REGULATIONS- YUKADI VILLAGE LES COULEURS DE LA COUBRE
1-CONDITION OFADMISSION
To be allowed to enter, settle and stay on the campsite, you must have been authorised by the manager or his representative. The manager is obliged to ensure that the campsite is kept in good order and that the present internal regulations are respected.
The fact of staying at Les Couleurs de la Coubre campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and the commitment to comply with them.

2-ARRIVAL FORMALITIESDANS DISPLAYS
Any person who is to stay at least one night on the campsite must first present their identity papers to the manager or his representative and complete the formalities required by the police.
Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult. Minors who are not accompanied by their parents will only be admitted with the written permission of their parents and with the agreement of the management
3-INSTALLATION – NUMBER OFPERSONS
No more than six people (including babies) may occupy a pitch.
The tent or caravan and its equipment must be placed on the indicated pitch in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative. It is forbidden to install any camping equipment on a rental pitch (rental means: mobile homes, lodge tents, cottages).
If the holidaymaker intends to leave before the opening time of the reception, he/she must inform the reception desk. No vehicle will be allowed to leave before 7am.
Mobile homes are available from 5 pm and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Pitches are available from 2 pm and must be vacated before 12 noon on the day of departure. The holidaymaker should mention any special wishes he or she may have, and if so, every effort will be made to accommodate them according to availability, but Yukadi Village cannot guarantee their satisfaction. In particular, no specific pitch or accommodation (except one type of accommodation) can be guaranteed.
4-RECEPTION
The opening hours are displayed outside the reception.
At the reception desk and on our website, holidaymakers will find:
* Information on the campsite's services,
* Sports facilities, entertainment programs,
* The tourist attractions in the area, information about markets and supermakets,
* Safety instructions, useful numbers,
* All information relating to their stay.
5-FEESAND DEPOSIT
The sums due are paid in advance to the campsite except in the case of a stay without prior reservation, in which case the campsite requires payment of the entire stay. The public rates are displayed at the entrance of the campsite on the outside panels and at the reception desk.
Local tax of stay and fees are payable according to the number of nights and the number of people registered at the time of booking.
We accept different kind of payment such as: cash, French holiday vouchers and credit cards. Please note that payment by cheque(s) is not accepted.
Deposits are accepted by bank authorisation and cancelled at the latest one week after departure and after checking the accommodation. They can be paid in cash, an appointment for the inventory of fixtures will then be arranged.
The deadline for departures is 12 noon for pitches and 10. Am for accommodation, after which an additional night may be charged.
6 – NOISEAND SILENCE
Theremust be completesilence between 11 pm and7 am.
Guests are urged to avoid any noise or discussion that might disturb their neighbours.
Sound equipment should be adjusted accordingly. Doors and trunks must be closed as quietly as possible.
Pets are allowed (except for category 1 & 2 dogs) provided they are chipped, vaccinated against rabies and kept on a lead. They must never be left unattended. They must not be left at Les Couleurs de la Coubre campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their owners who are civilly responsible for them
7 -GUESTS
After having been authorised by the management of the establishment or its representative, visitors may be admitted to the Les Couleurs de la Coubre campsite under the responsibility of the campers, tenants or residents who receive them. Visitors will not have access to the lagoon, the entertainment, the infrastructures, and the services of the campsite. If the maximum capacity of the pitch or accommodation has not been reached, visitors can be registered on the stay to take full advantage of the campsite by paying the tourist tax.
In all cases visitors must report to the reception before entering the campsite.
Visitors are also required to pay an "extra person" fee if they are staying overnight on the campsite.
Visitors' cars are not allowed on the campsite and must be parked in the car park at the campsite entrance.

VEHICULETRAFFIC AND PARKING
Inside the campsite, vehicles must respect the speed limit of 10 km/h.
Only vehicles belonging to registered guests may circulate within the campsite. Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch and it must be parked in the dedicated parking space, excluding any other place. Any additional vehicles must be parked in the outside car park. Traffic is not allowed between 11 pm and 7 am on the campsite.
For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to use the campsite's electricity network (mobile homes and infrastructures) to recharge electric vehicles. Charging stations are available on site
9-BEHAVIOR AND APPEARANCE OF THEFACILITIES
Everyone is obliged to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, particularly the sanitary facilities.
It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground or into the gutters. Campers must empty their waste water into the facilities provided for this purpose.
Household waste, waste of any kind and paper must be packed up and deposited in the containers provided for this purpose at the entrance to the campsite. Please respect the selective sorting as displayed.
Trees may not be used as a hanging rack and no wires may be hung on them.
Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to put nails in trees, to cut branches and to make plantations.
It is also not permitted to mark out the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig up the ground. Any damage to the vegetation, fences, grounds or facilities of the campsite will be charged to the person responsible.
The pitch must always be kept in a perfectly clean state.
10 -SAFETY
a) Fire
Open fires (wood, charcoal, and so on....) are strictly forbidden. Gas or electric barbecues - excluding wood or charcoal barbecues - are allowed under the full responsibility of their authors, it is recommended to bring a jerry can of water in order to be prepared for any eventuality.
Stoves must be kept in good working order and must not be used in dangerous conditions such as under a tent or near a car.
In the event of a fire, notify the management or the reception desk immediately, fire extinguishers and RIAs are available for use if necessary.
A first aid kit is available at the reception desk, in the wellness area, from the ground staff and at the bar.
A defibrillator is located at the reception desk.
b) Theft
The management is not responsible for any theft of objects or valuables belonging to the guests. The holidaymaker must inform the management of the presence of any suspicious person.
Although the campsite is guarded, users are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.
c) Storm: Secure objects by taking them inside, put yourself and your family under cover ( in your accommodation or in a permanent building), listen to the instructions transmitted by loudspeakers.
d) Drowning : For everyone’s safety, we remind you that the lagoon is not supervised and that minors are under the supervision of their parents and/or accompanying adults. Please respect the swimmers around you and the distance instructions.
11-GAME
No violent or disruptive games may be played on the campsite premises, including on the playgrounds.
Children must always remain under the responsibility and supervision of their parents.
12- GARAGE
Unoccupied equipment may only be left on the site after approval by the management and only in the designated area. The dead garage will be invoiced at the public rate.
The practice of leaving tents or caravans on the pitch for another user is strictly forbidden, which means that any form of rental or subletting of facilities, even free of charge, is prohibited.
13-DISPLAY
This internal regulation is actually displayed on the outside of the campsite panels as well as the reception. You can ask for a copy of it at the reception on demand.

– INFRINGEMENTOF THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS
In the event that a holidaymaker disrupts the stay of others or does not respect the provisions of these rules, the manager or his representative may give the holidaymaker oral or written notice to cease the disturbance, if he deems it necessary. In the event of serious or repeated infringement of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract.
In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call in the police.

INFORMATION TO BE INCLUDED IN THE INFORMATION NOTICE GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS RENTING A PITCH FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A MOBILE LEISURE RESIDENCEPRIOR TOSIGNING THE RENTAL CONTRACT
Characteristics ofmobile homes.
Presentation: Mobile homes must permanently retain their own characteristics. In particular, they must be towable at all times, except for disconnecting and shifting operations. They cannot be fixed to the ground and must retain their means of mobility (wheels in good condition, towing boom). Mobile homes must be kept in a perfect state of maintenance and presentation.
In order to preserve the harmony of the YUKADI VILLAGE LES COULEURS DE LA COUBRE site, the management will have to put an end to the occupation of the pitch if the mobile home is outdated (as defined in the YUKADI VILLAGES specifications).
Occupation: The pitch may not be occupied as a permanent or quasi-permanent residence. The management of the YUKADI VILLAGE LES COULEURS DE LA COUBRE will end up any contract whose terms and conditions are similar to such an occupation.
The number of persons per pitch is limited to the capacity of the mobile home. The subletting of accommodation is strictly forbidden.
The annual closing dates of the campsite for work or heavy maintenance work must be respected by the tenant. These closure dates will be communicated annually to the tenant with one month's notice, except in cases of force majeure.
Pitch:
The installation on the ground of the plot of gravel, gravel, pebbles is strictly forbidden.
No additional installation of any kind will be allowed on the pitch, except for installations authorised exclusively by the management of the establishment.
Before any installation (installation of planters, etc.), the tenant must inform the management of the village, which may refuse the installation if it considers that it does not correspond to the spirit of the village.
Suggestions for replacement may, in this case, be made to the tenant.
The authorisedinstallations are:
● Wooden terrace (rough) according to approved model,
● Garden shed according to approved models and colours,
● Semi-covered terrace according to approved model: the cover must not exceed two thirds of the terrace.
The "cheeks" or side closures are not allowed. The roof covering must conform to the colours set by the management. It MUST be removed during the closing period according to the chosen access ("normal" or "extended").
Any failure to comply with this rule will result in the dismantling of the installation by an external service provider and will be invoiced to the hirer.
Additional electrical installations outside the residence are forbidden, with the exception of lights fixed to the mobile home and a possible external socket (installed by the cottage builder or the services of Couleur de la Coubre).
No modification or addition to the residence's electrical network is permitted.
Painting of the terrace:
Terraces must be kept in a "wood" look and maintained
Storage of miscellaneous items:
No belongings may be stored, in the absence of the occupants, on the site or on the terrace of the residence. All items must be stored in the mobile home or in the garden shed.
Apart from the presence of the occupants, the pitch must be kept strictly free of any occupation other than the installations expressly authorised. This obligation also extends to the underside of the terrace and the residence.
Any item stored in spite of these provisions will be removed without notice by the staff of the establishment. A set of keys must always be left at the reception desk in case the campsite has to intervene in your accommodation in an emergency.
Above ground plantings:
No planting in addition to the existing planting on the site is permitted.
However, the hirer may arrange his pitch by means of off-ground planting.
In this case, the plantations (flowers or shrubs) may only be carried out, at the tenant's choice, in :
● Wooden, terracotta, reconstituted stone or synthetic resin planters or tubs (natural or painted wooden tub appearance),
●Potsofsimilarappearance
Except for the installation of natural terracotta planters, these planters, tubs or pots must be harmonized with the terrace and integrated in the harmony of the village. It is strictly forbidden to plant pots in the ground. We remind you that it is forbidden to wash vehicles on the plot for environmental reasons (risk of pollution) and to preserve the water table.
Accessibility to themobilehome:
Tenants must refer to the specifications in place.The management, noting the possible presence of unauthorised installations, fittings or equipment, will ask the tenant to remove them immediately.
After a reminder - by mail, email, telephone, without effect for 10 days - it will be proceeded to the removal of these by the teams of the campsite, at the expense of the tenant of the site.
Secondvehicle: A car park located at the entrance to the village is available for the tenant to park a second vehicle.
