THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN CORNER OF STURT ST AND KING WILLIAMS ST. PROJECT EAST IS THE EXISTING BUILDING:OLD KINGS HEAD HOTEL. WHICH IS A TWO FLOOR HERITAGE BUILDING,THE PRESENT STRUCTURE DATES FROM 1876. THIS HOTEL IS AN IMPORTANT AND ORIGINAL PART OF THE CHARACTER OF THE CITY. THE GROUND FLOOR IS A PUB ,SERVE FOR FOOD,BEER WINE. UPPER FLOOR IS OLD HOTEL.

ADELAIDE IS A CAPITAL OF ART, EVERY YEAR THERE ARE MANY LARGE AND SMALL ART FESTIVALS, SUCH AS, OZASIA, FRINGE, ADELAIDE FESTIVAL, WOMADELAIDE,ROYAL ADELAIDE SHOW. THOSE SHOW ATTRACT A LARGE NUMBER OF LOCAL CITIZEN AND VISTOR TO STAY AND ENJOY HERE DURING THE HOLIDY. AFTER DEEPLY THOUGHT. I WILL BUILD A COMPREHENSIVE BUILDING. THIS COMPREHENSIVE BUILDING IS TO SOLVE THE PURPOSE OF ENTERTAINMENT AND LEISURE FOR THE LOCALS. IT IS A COMPREHENSIVE BUILDING INTEGRATING PUB, THEATER AND HOTEL. I WANT PEOPLE COME IN KINGS HEAD HOTEL AND TO STAY IN HERE LONG TIME TO ENJOY THE CULTURE AND FESTIVALS OF ADELAIDE.

THE WEST TOWER IS A NEW PROJECT. IT WILL CONNECT WITH EXISTING BUILDING.IT IS NEW TOWER AND EXISTING HERITAGE PUB.STURT ST AND JOHN ST. HOTEL MAIN ENTRANCE FOR BOUTIQUE HOTEL AND THEATERIT WILL BE OPEN AT JOHN ST.I RETAIN THE ORGIANL BLUE STONE WALL. TO KEEP THE FEELING ABOUT SENCE OF OLD AND NEW.

THE GROUND FLOOR IS HOTEL LOOBY, THERE ARE TWO RECEPTION, ONE FOR THEATRE, ANOTHER FOR HOTEL. THE LOBBY OCCUPIED DOUBLE FLOOR HIGHT SPACE. THE UPPER OF LOBBY IS THREE SPACE FLOOR HIGHT THEATRE. BECAUSE OF THE LIMITED SITE AREA, IN ORDER TO MEET THE THEATER'S DEMAND FOR SUFFICIENT SEATING AND THE NEED FOR FLY TOWER INSTALLATIONS, THE THEATER HAS DONE A HANDOVER TREATMENT

TO EXTEND THE LONG DISTANCE TO 7M.ABOVE OF THEATRE, THERE IS REHEARSAL FLOOR. THIS LEVEL HAVE DANCEING, MUSIC PRACTICE ROOM.

FOR BUILDING 6TH TO 13TH , WHICH IS HOTEL ROOM LEVEL. BUTIQUE HOTEL FORM 6TH-9TH FLOOR, 6 HOTEL ROOM FOR EACH FLOOR.

LUXURY HOTEL ROOM FLOOR FROM 10TH TO 13TH, EACH LEVEL HAVE 4 SUITS. IN TOP FLOOR, SWIMMING AND GYM ZONE WILL PROVIDE BY HOTEL SERVICE. THE ROOF HAVE A GARDEN WILL BE PROVIDE. CUSTOMER CAN ENJOY SUNSHINE AND LEISURE IN THIS ZONE.
