THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN CORNER OF STURT ST AND KING WILLIAMS ST. PROJECT EAST IS THE EXISTING BUILDING:OLD KINGS HEAD HOTEL. WHICH IS A TWO FLOOR HERITAGE BUILDING,THE PRESENT STRUCTURE DATES FROM 1876. THIS HOTEL IS AN IMPORTANT AND ORIGINAL PART OF THE CHARACTER OF THE CITY. THE GROUND FLOOR IS A PUB ,SERVE FOR FOOD,BEER WINE. UPPER FLOOR IS OLD HOTEL.
ADELAIDE IS A CAPITAL OF ART, EVERY YEAR THERE ARE MANY LARGE AND SMALL ART FESTIVALS, SUCH AS, OZASIA, FRINGE, ADELAIDE FESTIVAL, WOMADELAIDE,ROYAL ADELAIDE SHOW. THOSE SHOW ATTRACT A LARGE NUMBER OF LOCAL CITIZEN AND VISTOR TO STAY AND ENJOY HERE DURING THE HOLIDY. AFTER DEEPLY THOUGHT. I WILL BUILD A COMPREHENSIVE BUILDING. BECAUSE OF THE LIMITED SITE AREA, IN ORDER TO MEET THE THEATER'S DEMAND FOR SUFFICIENT SEATING AND THE NEED FOR FLY TOWER INSTALLATIONS, THE THEATER HAS DONE A HANDOVER TREATMENT
