This hypercar manufacturer does not currently have a facility brand identity. We took cues from the car design itself and implemented those ideas interactively and architecturally. This space can also be used to host gatherings for the rest of the complex with brands like McLaren, Lamborghini, RollsRoyce, Lotus, and Aston Martin. Renovation 2,083 square feet

Taking into consideration the unpredictability of working with an older building, YSM intuitively made many upgrades to the shell of the building to ensure that Miami Dade County hurricane requirements were met. We also retrofitted an elevator to the building.

Featured in the largest automotive mall in the world, YSM transformed this obscure site into a visible dealership with a fully updated Infiniti brand image. YSM adapted the Infiniti “sail” to allow better visibility to passersby in to increase foot traffic and sales.

Without complete demolition of the building, YSM transformed a classic 90’s style Jaguar Land Roverstoreintoamodern,brand compliant facility. The completed work was so impressive that a customer who visited the store requested that we design their new medical office building.

This is the top selling Maserati dealership in the nation. This project stands tall atop a plateau over looking the city of Yorba Linda, California. This site has been maximized with a 18 race paddick style service bays. Freeway frontage showroom and an automated inventory 5 level 80 car storage system.

This is a component of the existing Porsche HQ + racetrack in Atlanta. All track cars will be serviced at this state of the art facility. We worked closely with Porsche USA & Germany to implement the GEN 5 Standards to create a sleek showcase.

In this 2-level showroom, we combined 6 buildings into 3 highly functional zones. However, the biggest challenge was the site consisted of rocks. We integrated the building into the site in such a way where we saved the client $500k in site work and blasting.

Built in the historic district of Leesburg, Virginia, YSM faced the challenge of choosing an exterior that met the standards of theplanningdepartmentandthe brand image. We worked as a conduit between the city and the client to choose an aesthetic that met the needs of both parties.

With no prototype, we created animagethatusedtherequired brand materials and fixtures, but with the freedom to add special touches to the design. After opening the completed facility, the owner’s sales and services increased by 25%.

YSM successfully overcame various challenges and restrictions during this partial remodel project in Mountainview, CA. A beautiful and functional design was created that met both BMW’s visual requirements as well as the city’s strict zoningneeds,allwhileenablingthe dealership to continue operating daily business.

In order to keep the business open during construction, YSM devised a plan to complete the job in 3 phases. We successfully executed demolishing half of the building while the other half remained open for business.

With this project, YSM impacted the area’s urban landscape by bringing the showroom forward and expanding it into two stories. We created a visual connectionbetweentheservice entrance and the showroom that articulated the wavy metal ceilings in the service drive.

YSM was able to satisfy strict fire compartmentalization requirements while designing the open and spacious showroom Audi required on this outstanding project in South Orlando.

We drive higher sales through creative design and improved customer experiences while working intelligently within the design guidelines defined by our clients. Our retail studio is comprehensive and collaborative, and while we are large enough to execute the nationwide rollout of national clients such as BMW, T Mobile, Mohawk Industries, Dal-Tile and Philipp Plein, we maintain a boutique mindset.

YSM Design led the roll out of 200 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealerships nationwide, creating the brand’s new architectural elements and guidelines. By providing design intent documents and templates for renovation, each individual owner and architectural team had a clear and concise framework as expert guidance. Additional services included the roll out of the new Jeep image on select dealerships.
-PROJECT FEATURES
Acting as the official image architect for BMW North America in 2014, YSM Design led the national roll out of over 100 dealerships, responsible for the architectural implementation and adaptation of the brand’s new image. By performing over 100 nationwide surveys as well as a gap analysis program, YSM was able to present dealers with the image compliance requirements necessary to update each location within 90 days. Design updates included providing additional showroom space to accommodate the new i line, BMW’s electric hybrid model.

YSM Design led the rollout of 10 national MINI dealerships, creating a new and current corporate image for the brand. Embodying the brand’s modern ethos, the new dealerships feature sleek materials, an emphasis on lighting, and dramatic, floor to ceiling glass windows.

Our studio utilizes cutting edge technology to accelerate productivity, decision-making, and costsavings on every project. The latest addition to our scope of services is a powerful, 3D laser scanner that enables 3D scans of existing buildings or properties, documenting the space in the most accurate method available. Features and benefits of the scanner include 3D as-built models, existing conditions plans, space cataloging, virtual walkthroughs, time savings, and seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
