2025-2026 Chapter Goals Create a new programming playbook and execute annual programming under the RISE (Relationships, Insights, Self, Experiences) pillars. Implement spousal engagement plan, improve spouse/partner satisfaction and increase engagement. Improve our forum experience through increased investment and connectivity, including resources for sustained support, cross forum events, and additional moderator touchpoints for both member and spouse/partner forums. Implement board proven process for seamless succession of board and staff member. Recruitment process: proactive recruitment process to attract quality prospects in diverse geographies, increase female membership, and gain clarity on peerdom. Clarity of chapter vision and values embedded into the new member process and conveyed in both internal and external communications.

MOST ADVENTUROUS THING YOU’VE DONE IN YOUR LIFE? In June, I completed a 10-day mission trip into a small village area in Uganda where the people that live there are fighting for basic survival everyday. We went with One City Ministries, a local Tampa-based NGO that focuses on sustainable giving by taking a “teach to fish” approach to everything they do. I went with my oldest daughter, who is 12 years old. We focused on building an aquaponics system in the local community to support sustainable agriculture. It was a great reminder of how fortunate we are.
YOU ARE STUCK ON AN ISLAND, YOU CAN PICK ONE FOOD TO EAT FOREVER WITHOUT GETTING TIRED OF IT, WHAT WOULD YOU EAT? Being from Buffalo, the home of the chicken wing; (hence the term “Buffalo wings”) they are hands down my favorite food! I'm a glutton for them— for the past 15 years I've been very religious about making them every Sunday, and it's now turned into a great tradition with friends and family as well. Buffalo Bills Sundays with chicken wings (deep-fried, of course) is a ritual at the Jordan house!

Vincent M. Chillura (“Vince”) serves as the Chief Banking Officer for Florida West Commercial Banking at Valley National Bank (“Valley Bank or VLY”), where he oversees all facets of commercial banking in the region. With a distinguished career and extensive expertise in commercial banking, Vince leads a dynamic team of professionals managing a regional balance sheet of approximately $8 billion in assets. Previously, Vince spearheaded the institution’s commercial real estate department, concentrating on real estate ventures and client relationships across the southeast United States. His deep knowledge and strategic approach have been pivotal in securing significant opportunities within both commercial real estate and core commercial and industrial sectors. Vince has played a key role in fostering investment and development initiatives through the Tampa Bay community and the broader West Florida region. Vince is proud to serve his community in many ways and help provide leadership and capital needs across all markets served. In January 2018, VLY completed its acquisition of USAmeriBank (“USAB”), a Tampa Bay-based full-service commercial bank with over $4 billion in assets at the time.
