From Milton, West Virginia, Mylah Dawn Fulks has spent the last seven years building a love for the game through effort, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Playing for Ona/Milton Little League, Mylah proudly wears No. 1 and serves as a reliable pitcher and utility player, always ready to step in wherever her team needs her most.
One of Mylah’s favorite memories this season came when the Ona/Milton All-Stars made an impressive run to the 10–12 age division state tournament, a moment that captured the excitement and reward of hard work alongside teammates. Inspired by her favorite player, Montana Fouts, and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide, Mylah continues to grow her skills while embracing the competitive side of the sport she loves.

For Mylah, softball is about more than wins and losses — it’s about friendships and having fun. She says the best part of being on a team is “hanging out with friends and playing the sport I love,” a mindset that keeps the game enjoyable even in high-pressure moments. That outlook is shaped by her parents, who are her biggest role models and constantly encourage her to give her best both on the field and in the classroom.
When she’s not playing, Mylah enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing or hanging out with friends. With dedication, versatility, and a team-first attitude, Mylah Dawn Fulks continues to take advantage of every opportunity the game brings — knowing that no matter the outcome, there’s always another chance to grow when the sun rises the next day.

From Barboursville, West Virginia, AdalynnRyleigh Cremeans has spent the last 12 years turning her love for running into a meaningful soccer journey with the Cabell Midland Lady Knights. Wearing No. 2 and playing on the outside wing, Adalynn-Ryleigh brings speed, consistency, and a steady presence to the field— traits that have defined her growth throughout her career.
What began as her parents signing her up to try something new quickly became a passion. Adalynn-Ryleigh discovered she loved to run, developed her skills, and never looked back. One of her most memorable moments came on Senior Night, a night that showed just how much she meant to her teammates, coaches, and the fans who supported her along the way. It was a reminder that soccer is about more than the game—it’s about the relationships built through years of shared effort.
Adalynn-Ryleigh values the camaraderie and trust that come with being part of a team, along with the laughs and bonds formed through both victories and challenges. She looks up to her Midland teammate Cami Smith, appreciating the impact of supporting and learning from those around her. She also enjoys following her favorite team, the Columbus Crew, drawing inspiration from the highest level of the sport.

Off the field, Adalynn-Ryleigh stays just as active and wellrounded. She is involved in Student Government and National Honors, balances work responsibilities, and enjoys hiking and painting in her free time. Her biggest role model is her mom, whom she credits for her strength, support, and guidance throughout life and athletics.

Through perseverance, faith, and a heart for others, Adalynn-Ryleigh Cremeans has grown into a leader and a positive example—someone who stands strong through challenges and continues to inspire those around her, both on and off the field.
From Barboursville, West Virginia, Londyn Smith is quickly finding her shine as a young cheerleader with the Barboursville Cheer D Team. In just two years of cheering, Londyn has developed a love for the sport after being inspired by watching her sister and friends, turning that inspiration into confidence and excitement on the mat.
One of Londyn’s favorite memories this season came with earning AllStar recognition at the TSYFL cheer competition, a special moment that highlighted her hard work and growth. She proudly supports her favorite team, Ohio State, and brings energy and enthusiasm to every performance, helping make her team stronger with each routine.
For Londyn, cheer is about more than routines and competitions — it’s about connection. She says the best part of being on a team is being with friends and supporting each other’s wins, a reflection of her positive attitude and encouraging spirit. That mindset helps create a welcoming environment where everyone can succeed together.
Outside of cheer, Londyn enjoys spending time at church and singing, passions that allow her creativity and joy to shine just as brightly as they do during competitions. She looks up to Chloe Holladay as her role model, someone who inspires her both on and off the mat.
With a bright smile, strong support system, and growing confidence, Londyn Smith continues to reach new heights in cheer. As she builds on her accomplishments and love for the sport, it’s clear that the sky truly is the limit for this young athlete.

From Milton, West Virginia, Christina Copodonna is a player defined by heart, resilience, and commitment. Now in her 10th year of playing, Christina competes with the Ona Milton Senior League as a dependable utility player, proudly wearing No. 14 and doing whatever it takes to help her team succeed. Her love for the game is evident in the way she shows up every day — with determination, grace, and an unwavering work ethic.
One of Christina’s most memorable moments this season perfectly captures her all-around ability and fearlessness on the field: making a hard-diving catch on a line drive at shortstop and firing the ball to first to complete a double play. It’s a play that reflects her awareness, athleticism, and willingness to leave everything on the field. Inspired by her favorite player, Morgan Zerkle, and cheering on Ohio State, Christina continues to push herself to perform at a high level.
Her journey in the game has been fueled by strong motivation from her mother and a deep desire to set an example for her younger brother, Carson. As he’s grown, he’s become Christina’s biggest reason to keep striving — someone she wants to make proud through both her effort and character. That sense of responsibility and love carries over into how she approaches teamwork, valuing trust, support, and knowing that no one is ever alone. For Christina, being part of a team means pushing each other forward, lifting one another after mistakes, and celebrating every win together.
Outside of softball, Christina enjoys expressing herself through photography, dancing, and any activity that keeps her moving. She credits her three older cousins — Linda, Brad, and Summer — as important role models who guide her, challenge her, and help bring clarity when things feel overwhelming.
With courage, passion, and a whole-hearted approach to everything she does, Christina Copodonna continues to inspire those around her. Whether diving for a ball or encouraging a teammate, she plays the game with purpose — and it shows in every moment she’s on the field.

March brings a new season — fresh starts, higher expectations, and bigger moments. But along with the excitement comes pressure. Tryouts, starting spots, close games, and split-second decisions can feel overwhelming. The real question isn’t whether pressure will come — it’s how we respond when it does.
Second Timothy 1:7 reminds us, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.” Pressure often feeds fear. Faith feeds focus. Athletes compete physically, but they also compete mentally. The voice that whispers, “Don’t mess this up,” can be louder than the crowd. Faith quiets that voice and replaces it with truth: your value isn’t defined by one play, one mistake, or one scoreboard.
Many athletes prepare with routines — the same warm-up or playlist — but some of the strongest preparation happens in a quiet moment of prayer. Philippians 4:6–7 encourages us to bring our anxiety to God and promises peace in return. That peace doesn’t remove nerves; it steadies them. Instead of competing from fear, you compete from confidence rooted in Christ.
Pressure also grows when we play for the wrong audience. Colossians 3:23 reminds us to work with all our heart as if working for the Lord. When you compete for Him, effort matters more than stats, character matters more than applause, and integrity matters more than trophies.
And when seasons don’t go as planned — through injuries or setbacks — faith anchors us. Romans 8:28 promises that God works even difficult moments for good. What feels like a setback may be preparation for something greater.
This March, train your spirit as faithfully as your body. Pray before you compete. Encourage a teammate. Reflect on your character as much as your performance. The scoreboard will fade, but the faith you build under pressure will last long after the season ends.

From Milton, West Virginia, Nolan Hapney is an all-around athlete whose passion for competition is matched by his work ethic and love for the game. Now in his fourth year of baseball, Nolan plays for OMLL and the WV Storm 8U, proudly wearing No. 11 while contributing at first base, second base, and the outfield. His versatility and effort make him a valuable presence wherever he’s needed on the field.
One of Nolan’s standout memories from this season came during a game where he recorded six defensive putouts in just five innings, capped off by a sliding catch for the final out. Another major milestone was earning a spot on the WV Storm travel ball team, a moment that reflected his growth and dedication. A fan of the Cincinnati Reds, Nolan looks up to Elly De La Cruz, drawing inspiration from his energy and athleticism.
Baseball runs in Nolan’s family. Inspired by his dad, who played the sport throughout his life and into college, Nolan was introduced to baseball at a young age and quickly fell in love. That family support continues to drive him, pushing him to work hard and earn every opportunity that comes his way. While baseball remains his favorite, Nolan stays active year-round, spending time on the basketball court, football field, and wrestling mat, building skills that carry over into every sport he plays.
For Nolan, being on a team is about working together and building friendships. Many of his closest friends, he says, came through sports, reinforcing the sense of connection that teamwork brings. His biggest role model is his dad — someone who always makes time to practice, challenge him to improve, and remind him how proud he is.
With determination, versatility, and a drive to be undeniable, Nolan Hapney continues to grow as both an athlete and teammate. His commitment to earning every success sets the foundation for a bright future across whatever field or court he steps onto next.

From Barboursville, Casanova McNeal plays the game with confidence, energy, and a fearless competitive edge. With four years of experience already under his belt, Casanova’s love for sports started early—he’s had a ball in his hands for as long as he can remember. Inspired by his big brother, he’s always pushed himself to play up, compete harder, and prove he belongs with the best on the field or court.
Casanova’s versatility is one of his biggest strengths. In football, he lines up as a quarterback and wide receiver, showing both leadership and playmaking ability—highlighted by his favorite moment this season: a pick six. On the basketball court, he commands the floor as a point guard, while in baseball he contributes as a left fielder, using athleticism and awareness to make key plays. Whether he’s suiting up for the Huntington Hawks, Barboursville Buddy League, or Barboursville Little League Baseball, Casanova brings intensity and focus every time.
Wearing No. 23 and cheering for Alabama, Casanova looks up to Jeremiah Smith, drawing inspiration from elite-level performance and work ethic. Off the field, he stays just as active—fishing, playing with his dogs, and impressing everyone with backflips.
For Casanova, the best part of being on a team is working with other players, learning from coaches, and meeting new people along the way. His biggest role model is his big brother, whose example motivates him to keep improving and striving for more. With his drive, athletic range, and love for competition, Casanova McNeal is a young athlete who plays like a superstar—and has the mindset to match

From Barboursville, Owen Sowards is the definition of an all-around athlete— driven, versatile, and always giving 110 percent. A part of the Barboursville sports community since the age of five, Owen has been fueled by his natural athleticism and love for competition from the very beginning. Whether the season is football or baseball, he brings the same intensity and commitment every time he steps onto the field.
Owen’s versatility sets him apart. In football, he contributes as a defensive tight end and offensive lineman, using strength and toughness to help his team succeed. On the baseball diamond, he does it all—pitcher, first base, catcher, and outfielder—showing adaptability and a deep understanding of the game. Playing for the Barboursville Pirates, Owen thrives in any role he’s given and takes pride in being ready whenever his team needs him.
A proud fan of the Bengals and wearing No. 11, Owen says his favorite sports memories come simply from playing football and baseball—two sports that continue to push him to grow and compete. Off the field, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding bikes, balancing his competitive side with a love for the outdoors.
For Owen, the best part of being on a team is “growing with my friends and family,” a mindset that reflects his team-first attitude. His biggest role model is his dad, someone who inspires him both in sports and in life. With his work ethic, leadership, and passion for the game, Owen Sowards is a young athlete whose impact reaches far beyond the stat sheet—and he’s just getting started.

From Milton, Parker Coleman is a footballfirst athlete whose passion for the game shows in everything he does. With five years of experience, Parker began playing at just six years old after being inspired by his big brother, and since then, football has become more than a sport—it’s a way of life. Whether it’s practice, game day, or film time, Parker truly eats, breathes, and sleeps football.
Wearing No. 92, Parker makes his impact in the trenches, lining up as a center, linebacker, and defensive end. His physicality, toughness, and football IQ allow him to contribute on both sides of the ball for the Ona-Milton Panthers and the TriState Lumberjacks. One of his favorite memories came on a much bigger stage, competing in the DSG East vs. West Elite Game in Bullhead City, Arizona—an experience that pushed him to compete against top talent and grow as a player.
Parker doesn’t point to one favorite player; instead, he simply loves watching the game and learning from it. A fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and LSU, he studies how teams play and applies that knowledge to his own game. Outside of football, Parker enjoys traveling and swimming, but his heart always finds its way back to the gridiron.
For Parker, the best part of being on a team is the brotherhood—the family that’s built while playing the game he loves. His biggest role model is his dad, someone he admires for working hard, showing up for his family, and leading by example. Grounded, hardworking, and relentlessly committed, Parker Coleman is a young athlete who represents what football is all about.
