THE NEED

• In the U.S., suicide is now the second leading cause of death for 15-19 year olds.

• During the pandemic, “The need for services was so great that therapists and clinics had to shut down their waiting lists. Kids in distress flooded emergency rooms, which were seeing 31 percent more teens.

Many languished there or on medical floors for days or weeks waiting for a bed in a psychiatric ward or treatment facility.”

• After the age of 18, people only have a 20% chance of becoming a Christian.

THE SOLUTION

You help us have MÁS Authentic Christ-Sharing Mentorships to bring hope, purpose and faith to this next generation.

• It costs $1,500 to mentor one student annually • Over 21,000 youth connected to YFC in the last 5 years • 2021-2022 annual budget is $2.3 million
