A high-end resort located in Abu Dhabi, Hudayriyat island, is expanding its offerings with a new beachfront development. The project will add seventeen accommodation units on the beach and fourteen exceptional over water cabins. The project also encompasses a front of house reception building with a welcoming restaurant.

The new beachfront development is designed to provide guests with a luxurious and exclusive experience. The beachfront units will be spacious and stylish, with private terraces that offer stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. The over water cabins will be even more luxurious, with private decks that extend over the water. The cabins will also have their own private plunge pools, making them the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.

The front of house reception building will be the heart of the new development. It will house a welcoming restaurant, and a bar. The restaurant will offer guests a variety of dining options, from casual beachside dining to fine dining with stunning views of the water, while the bar will be a great place to relax and enjoy a drink with friends.

A coastal environmental destination combining a mix of land villas and overwater villas along with other services and ancillary utilities. The various typologies of accommodation serves a wide range of clients and attracts visitors with its bedouin theme and ecofriendly features.

The destination is located on a pristine stretch of coastline, surrounded by lush vegetation and crystal-clear waters. The land villas are designed to blend in with the natural surroundings, with traditional Arabic architecture and sustainable materials. The overwater villas are perched on stilts over the water, offering stunning views of the sea.

The destination offers a variety of activities and amenities, including a spa and wellness center, a fitness center and many more. The destination is also committed to sustainability, and has a number of eco-friendly features.

Location: Tabuk, KSA

Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) was established in 2018 to create extraordinary opportunities for the Saudi Arabian Kingdom through entertainment. This project located in Tabuk is one of multiple venues across the kingdom serving as entertainment hubs.

The Tabuk strategic site offers a unique entertainment destination covering over 40,000 squared meters with built-up area of over 72,000 squared meters. The project offers a variety of entertainment zones, in which visitors will experience exciting moments and make last long memories.

The project is composed of four main buildings; a multipurpose venue for all events and live shows, equipped with the latest technologies, a purpose-built indoor adventure centers integrating Discovery's media content to combine learning and fun in an unparalleled environment along with a go-karting arena, a world-class family entertainment center with a focus on delivering world class rides, arcades, unique rides, action & adventure zones and virtual reality areas attached to a smaller center for kids to experience a unique adventure that will improve their skills and creativity, and last but not least, a luxurious cinema accompanied by a 12-hole golf course and a unique bowling arena.

Each of the previously mentioned buildings is supported by a group of retail spaces. The four buildings are serviced by a parking building at the nerthern section of the land plot.

Location: Bugesera, Rowanda

The new airport located about 40 kilometers south of Kigali is expected to be completed by late 2026, at an estimated cost of $2 billion.

Once completed, the new airport will boast a 130,000-square-meter main terminal building capable of initially accommodating 8 million passengers annually. This figure, according to Aviation Travel and Logistics (ATL), a government-owned holding company managing aviation-related activities, is expected to rise to more than 14 million in the future.

The airport is supported by a number of services buildings such as a catering building, a data center building, an emergency operation center and other facilities.

The new expansion includes the construction of a new mataf, an expansion building offering praying areas, the service building, which offers ablutions and water closets, and a plaza in between these building that are connected by overhead bridges.

The service building is composed of six staggering floors divided into zones, with the terraces used as praying areas, and penetrated by a main ring road passing through the third and fourth floors.

The scale of the project and the construction works that is taking place there is unprecedented, and the communication between the design office and the site team plays a crucial role in ensuring the project is excuted with extreme precision and efficiency.

Al Khafji land port is a one of the important land border crossings in KSA, it is located between Saudi / Kuwaiti borders and it serves both passengers and cargo.

This design aims to create a unique and comfortable user experience for passengers and employees, with effective & safe operation and efficient built environment.

Efficient built environment includes the Constructability, sustainability, expandability, using local materials, etc. The proposed concept for Al Khafji land port is intended to be a benchmark for all land borders crossings in the kingdom providing a very distinguished image with the highest functionality levels. The LBC is planned into three 3 main zones: Passengers zone, administrative core and cargo zone. Passengers zone serves both inbound and outbound passengers on different sides of the road, each side has inspection facilities (either primary or primary & secondary), immigration, customs and clearance. Cargo zone also serves both inbound and outbound cargo trucks on different sides of the road with the adequate cargo facilities including (broker’s & inspection ramps, different warehouse, weight station etc.). Administrative core services will be located between passengers and cargo zones, the administrative core will have all the LBC supporting operational functions (security, customs, etc.). in addition to other functions like civil defense, red crescent point, retail and bank. The whole complex is equipped with all the technologies and facilities necessary for safe operation during all inspection stages until clearance, supported with roads networks that allows easy and swift intervention by authorized staff.
