Warwick Gardens home tops sales at $957,500 The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 3 and Oct. 14.

A home in Warwick Gardens tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Donna Forsyth, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7916 Warwick Gardens Lane to Herbert Arnold, of Ontario, Canada, for $957,500. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,030 square feet of living area.
Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Richard and Olivia Macey, Bradenton, sold their home at 8929 Brookfield Terrace to Gregory and Kimberly Dalglish, Parrish, for $320,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,533 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2009.
