Tara Elementary fourthgrader Jimmy Daley was glad “The First Americans” was selected for the theme of the annual Knight of the Arts event at 7:30 p.m. April 27 at the school. He decided to draw a Native American thunderbird. “I liked all of the patterns and the symmetrical design of the wings,” Daley said. “It was my favorite design and it has a lot of colors. It was fun to make.”
