Edward and Elizabeth Jesella, of Nokomis, sold their home at 6931 Brier Creek Court to Jared Elliott Minor and Christine Sinden Minor, of Niwot, Colorado, for $1.36 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, threeand-a-half baths, a pool and 3,054 square feet of living area. It sold for $772,000 in 2018.
