Wedding Bells Ring!

Hempstead Town Clerk Kate Murray officiated the wedding of Merrick residents Taj Hassan and Michelle Charran Mangal on April 23, 2021 at Hempstead Town Hall. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Town Clerk Murray has implemented many safeguards to continue providing town programs and services in a safe and efficient manner. She continues to officiate weddings outside Town Hall, as well as via telephone, Zoom and FaceTime.
