Robina studied landscape history at the Architectural Association and became chair of the London branch of the Campaign to Protect Rural England. She contributed to the drafting of the CPRE’s original London Plan, published in 2004 with the aim of improving London’s air quality, green spaces and housing.

Robina lives in the constituency. She co-founded the Friends of Portobello and Save Portobello Campaign. She is an award-winning independent filmmaker who has taught at the Berlin Film School. She also worked on the BBC Community Programme Unit where she made the first film on the use of organophosphates in agriculture.
