In fact, the room in which Oscar Wilde was arrested is now the noble Royal Suite; and the hotel's restaurant occupies what was once Lillie Langtry's drawing room. Nods to the property's past are upheld in the details of the interiors since the refurbishment, including a detailed replica - alongside the original - of a tiled floral motif that was found in Lillie Langtry's reception hall floor following through the bar. A variety of books in the rooms add to the home-away-fromhome feel allowing guests to truly relax and indulge in their own personal library. The large marble bathrooms are a sheer delight, featuring luxury Bamford toiletries and beautiful lighting.

A highly accomplished chef, Adam Handling excels in presenting beautifully modern British dishes using seasonal, sustainably sourced ingredients, prepared in a number of innovative and artistic ways to enhance individual flavours.
With classic architecture, beautiful artwork and an open kitchen, the main restaurant, Adam Handling Chelsea, showcases a menu of reimagined British classics, including

FAWSLEY HALL
HOTEL AND SPA
Surrounded by beautiful countryside and steeped in tradition and history, Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa is a stunning luxury country house hotel in the rolling hills of picturesque Northamptonshire.

Combining original features and antique interior accents with modern luxury, the hotel boasts a number of areas for guests to relax in.
At the heart of the Grade I-listed building is the magnificent Tudor Hall. With its high ceilings, open fireplace, large windows, paintings and tapestries, the grand hall is perfect for enjoying a spot of afternoon tea.

Each of the hotel's 60 bedrooms and the Tudor, Georgian and Victorian wings enjoy their own ambience, furnishing and character. There are a number of feature rooms available to book, each possessing their own quirks and original features.
The Jane Skenard room in particular, is on the first floor of the Victorian Wing in the main house and offers beautiful views of the lake. Filled with modern amenities, a huge bed, inviting bathroom and original wooden beams - the charming room is the perfect place to relax after a long day.
Elsewhere the master Queen's Suite was named following the final visit from Queen Elizabeth I in 1575. The fireplace and sumptuous four-poster bed exemplify the grandeur of the building.
Conveniently located in the countryside - but with fantastic motorway connections - Fawsley Hall also boasts seven function rooms, ideal for meetings and events, as well as a spa which is currently being renovated.

Inspired by a shared cultural heritage, Mijenta is a super-premium spirit that is carefully crafted with a commitment to environmental sustainability and support for the local community in Mexico. Mijenta is inspired by “Mi Gente” meaning “My People” and refers to a collective mindset, a way of being and a community of like-minded people who come together to celebrate life. Mijenta was founded in 2020 by a passionate team including former CEO of Bacardi, Mike Dolan, award-winning mixologist and entrepreneur, Juan Coronado and sustainable designer and environmental activist, Elise Som.
Mexico-based Maestra Tequilera, Ana Maria Romero, designed and oversaw the entire creation process, from harvest to bottle. One of the most trusted, respected and awarded tequila authorities in Mexico, Maestra Tequilera Romero brings over 25 years of experience in the tequila industry to the Mijenta team. From farm to bottle, Mijenta is committed to sustainable practices, minimising environmental impact and maximising the community’s energy efficiency. Mijenta only uses fully mature, certified 100% Blue Weber Agave from the highlands of Jalisco, with a single plant taking six to eight years to reach maturity for harvest. The higher elevation of the Mijenta agave fields produces a smoother tequila with more fruitiness. It is also not filtered, which enhances its unique character and each bottle is individually numbered by hand.
