by Secondment for six months starting as of January / 2019.

Such Secondment shall be expired at the end of the football season – 2018 – 2019. He came from Zamalek Sporting Club. ** The footballer executed and fulfilled the contract and complied with performing exercises and playing matches with the remaining players in his team. ** However, on 29/03/2019, He was surprised that the head coach of the team after the end of one of the matches in the league rebuked him and directed abuses and insults with

words beyond the morals to him and to all his colleagues at the team because of discussing the coach and refusing the method of insults and abuses. ** Therefore, the head coach and all members of Technical team took a decision with preventing the player from performing the exercises and participating in the matches with the team as well as not allowing him to enter the football pitch with the team. They ignored the fact that the player – applicant of the complaint – is a professional footballer and football is considered his only source of livelihood for him and for his family. They also ignored the regulations and laws of FIFA stipulating the necessity of observing the contracts between the two parties. ** on 09/04/2019, the player filed a complaint to Alexandria Football Zone to which Smouha Club is affiliated. Then, he presented a complaint to The Egyptian Football Association on 10/04/2019. On 22/04/2019, He presented a hastened application to The Egyptian Football Association to consider the complaint because I got harmed from sitting at home without any training or participating with his colleagues in the matches. In addition, he desires to execute and effect his contract with the club and not being subjected to any financial deductions or fines applied by the club.

Therefore ** I file my application to you in order to send a notice to The Egyptian Football Association and to know the reason for delaying the issuance of a reply to the complaint presented by me to it as I am getting harmed from the situation taken by the club towards me and not conducting any investigations with me till this date. In this regard, I would like to confirm that I am complied with effecting and executing the articles of my contract with the club so as not to prejudice my financial dues or apply any financial fines for no reason. ** I hope you could take the situation and the circumstances of the player into your consideration with obligating The Egyptian Football Association to consider and rule on my complaint filed against Smouha Club.
