Martha’s Meeting Room Ideal for meetings, training sessions and creative workshops, the space can accommodate up to 25 people. It has air conditioning and lots of natural daylight.

Technical facilities include WiFi, projector, screen, speakers and flip charts.

Catering from local suppliers to suit a range of dietary and budgetary requirements can be provided, at extra cost.

Studio 1 With lots of natural daylight, maple-wood sprung dance floor, original wooden beams, good acoustics, up-to-date sound system and air conditioning, this is a great flexible space.

All three of our third-floor studios are fully accessible by lift from street-level.

Seating can be provided for up to 40 people.

Studio 2 The smallest of our three studios provides a delightful working environment.

This bright and airy space, with excellent acoustics, sound system and air conditioning, has been described by one professional photographer as “my favourite room to shoot in – anywhere.”

Studio 3 With raked, retractable seating for 80 people, our largest studio, which can be fully blackedout, makes an excellent seminar, lecture, conference or performance space.

The studio is equipped with lighting rig and sound system. Technical specification available on request.

The studio has a black vinyl dance-floor and portable ballat barres, making it an ideal space for regular hirers such as Royal Ballet and the Royal Academy of Dance.

The North Space A large, carpeted office space with its own kitchen and meeting room.

This is an excellent space for conferences or larger seminars, with seating for up to 50 people in cabaret- or theatre-layout.

The North Space would also make a perfect rehearsal room for choirs / drama groups and team building / group training sessions.

Corporate Packages Dance is good for health, wellbeing, fitness and communication – and it’s great fun.

Other office spaces Yorkshire Dance has a variety of fully accessible first- and second-floor offices spaces available for long- or short-term lease.

They benefit from shared access to a lift, kitchen and toilet facilities. Entry via the Yorkshire Dance foyer, or independently at the rear of the building, 24 hours a day, seven days per week.

Finding Yorkshire Dance Yorkshire Dance is in Quarry Hill, the cultural quarter of Leeds city centre, near West Yorkshire Playhouse, opposite the BBC and Leeds College of Music, next to the Northern Ballet / Phoenix Dance Theatre building, over the road from Leeds city bus station and 15 minutes’ walk from the train station.

There is limited on-street parking outside Yorkshire Dance, but there are several public car parks within easy walking distance.
