Whether you are looking to book a large event, or a small meeting, we have a wide range of rooms available, with capacities between 2 and 90 people, along with our lecture theatre that has a capacity of 100. Room layouts can be adapted to suit your requirements.
All our rooms have free access to Wi-Fi and are fitted with up-to-date technology.
We also have our fantastic atrium space, which is ideal for marketplace events, networking events or exhibitions.
We have 3 dance studios that are available to hire, along with The Alan Ayckbourn Theatre, which seats up to 200 people (dependent on performance layout) and has state of the art lighting and sound equipment.
We have excellent catering available, if required, from tea and coffee to hot and cold food. Dietary requirements can be accommodated.
We have experience of hosting events for 2-200 people and receive excellent feedback from our client’s. Discounted fees are available for registered charities.

We offer hire of our fantastic facilities both during term time and college holidays. We are open:
Monday to Thursday 7.00am - 9.00pm
Friday 7.00am - 6.00pm
Saturday 8.30am - 4.00pm*
Sunday Closed
*Later closure times can be agreed in advance.
HOW TO FIND US:
Getting to us could not be easier, you can find us just a 10-minute bus or taxi ride away from York train station, which has links with all parts of the country.
We are within easy reach of numerous main roads, including the A64, A19 and York’s outer ring road. Ample parking is available free of charge on site, including disabled parking and EV chargers.
There are numerous safe cycle routes to college and undercover cycle storage is available.
