Ordering

- Email or call to request a trade price list.

- Orders can be placed via email or phone.

- Cards are sold in packs of six of the same design or in multi packs that contain one of each design in the range.

- Plectrum cards sold as singles.

- Minimum order £50.

Shipping

- Carriage £7.50, orders over £175 carriage paid (UK Mainland only).

- Overseas and off shore delivery costs to be confirmed prior to processing order.

- Once payment is received I will aim to dispatch your order within 10 working days.

Payment

- First order pro-forma invoice.

- By cheque made payable to Julie Ashworth

- By BACS (preferred) to Bank: HSBC Sort Code: 40-27-14 Account No: 41079786

- Payment to be settled within 30 days from date of invoice otherwise interest will be charged at 6% over the Bank of England lending rate.

- Yoojoo reserves the right to amend prices at any time.

- All goods are the property of Yoojoo until payment is received in full.

- Exclusivity cannot be guaranteed but I will strive to respect geographical territory.

- Shortages and damages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery.
