Diane has been a member of the YMCA for over 20 years. She first joined to take part in yoga classes and make new friends. Staying active and keeping fit has always been important to her. Diane makes it a point to visit the YMCA at least three days a week to attend SilverSneakers and use EGYM.
The ForeverWell Events program is always growing and offering new and exciting events. In October, we welcomed back the Travel Club and had a spooktacular Halloween-themed class. Social events allow our members to meet new people and learn new things. Diane enjoys attending ForeverWell events to remain social. Her favorite things about being a YMCA member are the EGYM and the ForeverWell program, especially the fun outings. The YMCA has given Diane the foundation to establish a consistent gym and home workout routine. With the knowledge and support she has gained from the YMCA, Diane can comfortably work out at home when it fits her busy schedule By creating healthy habits, she is able to find a weekly routine that works for her busy lifestyle.
Outside the YMCA, Diane enjoys traveling, reading, volunteering at the library, ushering at local plays, and participating in the Fargo film committee. Because of the programs and equipment the YMCA offers, Diana can stay active in her community and continue to travel.
