KEYNOTE SPEAKER
John A. Vithoulkas
Henrico County Manager
John Vithoulkas joined the Henrico County team in 1997. On August 14, 2012, he was unanimously appointed County Manager by the Henrico County Board of Supervisors, as the eighth County Manager since Henrico adopted the County Manager form of government in 1934.
As the County’s Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Public Safety, Mr. Vithoulkas is responsible for all county general government operations; an approved annual fiscal plan of more than $1 billion in operating and capital budgets; and a workforce encompassing more than 4,000 general government employees.
Mr. Vithoulkas, a naturalized citizen, is a native of Greece who immigrated to the United States as an infant with his parents. A product of Henrico County Public Schools, he is a graduate of J.R. Tucker High School.

Pastor David Dwight
David Dwight is the Co-founder and Senior Pastor of HOPE Church in Richmond, VA, with over 30 years of ministry experience. Known for engaging both committed Christians and skeptics, he also serves as Chairman of the Board for Mesa Global. David and his wife, Elisabeth, lead a marriage conference called The Book on Love and share messages through their podcasts, HopeCast and HopeSermons.
Rabbi Josh Jeffreys
Rabbi Josh Jeffreys has served as Jewish Chaplain and Director of Religious Life since 2018. He holds degrees from Rutgers and the University of Richmond and was ordained through ALEPH in 2025. Previously, he worked in the University’s Advancement Office and with several Jewish organizations, including Hillel at VCU.

Zulfi Khan is a retired businessman and a passionate community activist who has proudly called Henrico home since 1989. As a board member of the Islamic Center of Henrico, Zulfi plays a vital role in promoting inclusivity and understanding among diverse groups.
Pastor David Guenther
Daniel Guenther has served as Trinity’s Associate Pastor since 2023 and has been a pastor in the Virginia Conference since 2019. He previously served congregations in Chesapeake and Collinsville, Virginia, and holds degrees from Davidson College and Emory University’s Candler School of Theology.
