1.GovernmentTaxesareapplicabletoallservices.Feesaresubjecttochangeatanytimewithoutfurthernotice,andatthesolediscretionof EliteRealEstateManagementCorp.
2.EliteRealEstateManagementCorp.Clientcanchoosetoworkwiththeirownpreferredrealestatebrokeragetoleasetheproperty.The ClienthastheoptiontoleasethepropertyfromoneoftherealestatebrokerageswithinEliteRealEstate ManagementCorp.network.Theleasingservicefeeisaminimumofonemonth’srentoraspertheLeaseListingAgreementsignedwiththe respectiverealestatebrokerage.
3.PreferredRateLandlordPropertyInsuranceintheElitePlatinumPackage:appliesonlytopropertiesunderaCondominiumCorporation.For freeholdpropertiesonly,a$200.00creditincentivewillbeprovided.Feessubjecttochangeatanytimewithoutfurthernotice,andatthesole discretionoftheSupplierswhodelivertheservicetoEliteRealEstateManagementCorpClient.
4.ProfessionalPhotography,3DVirtualTourintheEliteStandardPackage:Freeaccessto3DTourappliesonlyforthefirstyearunderElite Standardpackage,secondyearandonwardswillbecharged$50annualfee.ElitePlatinumPackageannualfeeisincludedinthepackage.
