The design is up to Accessibility Approach which principled by Convenience, Safety, Usefulness and Independency, also complemented by guideliness of Design for Accessibility by Stephen J. Thorpe.
CH-01 ISSUE Highest number of Disabilities in Kendari City is Physical Disability with total of 78 out of 263 people. Most of them are unemployed and fo u n d o n s t r e e t l ay o n p a s s a n ge r s s y m p a t hy.

SITE RESPOND AC C E S S I B I L I T Y D.I Panjaitan Street is a primer main road which passable to 2 - 12 wheel transportations, included as local public transportations rute. A shelter will be placed in front area along with a pedestrian straight to the front building. Separating the entrance and the exit for vehicles to provide safer circulation in vehicular traffic also drop off and pick up point in front of front building for an easier access.
S U N PAT H A N D W I N D Sun : The design took benefit of 4 meters of GSB (Garis Sempadan Bangunan) to place trees as sun filters and heat reductor and cooling of the welcoming areas and hopefully give comforts to the visitors. Wind : Buildings set apart to one and another in purpose to let the wind breeze filled the site and maximize the air circulation. Service room with high humidity placed on South side and Training Classes on North side accroding to wind characteristics.
