1.What is Clipboard on Windows 11
Both Windows 10 and Windows 11 have the Clipboard function, but the Clipboard function on Windows 11 is more useful than Windows 10. If you need to run it, first press Ctrl + C to copy what you want and open the Word document, then press Win + V to open the Clipboard history. Click on the item you want to paste and it will paste into your document automatically.

Click the three-dots menu, you can see more: Paste as text and Delete.
Tap Paste as text means the content is automatically pasted into plain text and does not retain the original format. By the way, this is a feature of the Clipboard that Windows 10 does not have. If you don’t need one content, click the trash icon to delete it, if don’t need all, click the Clear all option on the top-right to delete all clipboard history.

It is also easy to understand the pin icon under the three-dots menu. When you want to keep some important content in Clipboard, you can pin that item by clicking the pin icon to help you fix the content in case it gets lost. Besides, you should note that the number of entries that will be stored by Windows 11 is only 25, once you copy exceed it, the most previous clipboard history must be gradually disappeared, so you should pin items you want to keep by tapping the Pin item icon.
