Public Notice Sovereign Yidindji Dollar Friday, the 4th day of February 2022. The Sovereign Yidindji Government under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders make known to the whole world that the Sovereign Yidindji Dollar Identifier is represented as per the images in this notice. The Sovereign Yidindji Government now make known to the world that: 1. The Central Bank Digital Currency is known as the Sovereign Yidindji Dollar. 2. The Sovereign Yidindji Dollar is issued in accord with the Yidindji Currency Act 2014. 3. The Sovereign Yidindji Dollar Identifier, its parts, components, and colour when combined to form the images below are the property of the Sovereign Yidindji Government. 4. The Sovereign Yidindji Dollar is represented by the “Y” as shown below in colour and grey scale.
Unlawful use, or possession of Sovereign Yidindji Dollar Identifier is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Laws of the Sovereign Yidindji Nation. Use means but is not limited to adverse use, the use without license or permission. Possession means but is not limited to receiving or obtaining possession of the thing, having control over the disposition of the Sovereign Yidindji Dollar Identifier, is in the custody of the person, and or having joint possession of the Sovereign Yidindji Dollar Identifier . Any man, woman, child, and or person in use of, and or possession of Sovereign Yidindji Dollar Identifier gives mutual assent, and or voluntarily consents to Laws of the Sovereign Yidindji Nation, and to be tried within the jurisdiction of Courts of the Page 1 of 2
