Public Notice Exemption for not wearing a mask Friday the 13th day of August 2021

This public health order outlines, but not limited to, lawful reasons for not wearing a mask. The Yidindji person is not required to wear a mask if they have a physical or mental health illness or condition, or disability, or other lawful limitation that makes wearing a mask unsuitable or detrimental to health. For example, if they have a skin condition, an intellectual disability, or physical trauma, they are not required to wear a mask. If they cannot wear a face mask because of a disability, physical or mental health illness or condition, they must carry either: 1. a medical certificate or letter signed by a registered health practitioner (such as a medical officer) or 2. a Yidindji government issued exemption card

By order: Sovereign Yidindji Government
