Public Notice Department of Justice Binagal Bulmba (Yidindji Tribunal) Thursday the 2nd day of February 2021 The Sovereign Yidindji Government under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders make known to the whole world that the Binagal Bulmba (Yidindji Tribunal) is created as a tribunal within the Department of Justice. The Sovereign Yidindji Government now make known to the world that 1. The mission statement of the Binagal Bulmba is to actively resolve disputes in a way that is fair, just, accessible and quick. 2. The Binagal Bulmba prides itself on the professionalism, integrity and impartiality of its staff and decision-makers and values the right of parties to have access to a quality service. 3. People will have a fair and impartial hearing, reasonable help to understand the Binagal Bulmba practices and procedures, respect from the registry staff and Binagal Bulmba decision-makers and personal and confidential information being treated in compliance with relevant legislation. 4. The Binagal Bulmba cannot provide legal advice, cannot provide advice about what to say during a trial, cannot talk to a Binagal Bulmba decision-maker on your behalf, cannot other than through the appeals system, alter decisions of a decision-maker or outcomes of a hearing.
