Public Notice Commonwealth Games 2018 Thursday the 1st day of March 2018. The Sovereign Yidindji Government under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders, make known to the whole world that the Sovereign Yidindji Government does not condone or encourage any forms of violence or public disruption within the Yidindji territory during the running of the Commonwealth Games, or at any other time before or after the running of the Commonwealth Games 2018. The Sovereign Yidindji Government now make known to the world that: 1. The Sovereign Yidindji Government does not any acts of violence by any persons in the Yidindji territory, whether from one of the numerous pre-1770 indigenous nations or other UN member states before, during, or after the running of Commonwealth Games 2018. 2. The Sovereign Yidindji Government does not condone and or agree with any such protests, and or rallies, and or disruptions to the safe and efficient running of the Commonwealth Games events held within the Yidindji Territory. 3. The Sovereign Yidindji Government does not give or grant any permission to any Yidindji citizens to attend or participate in any protests, and or rallies, and or disruptions to the Commonwealth Games 2018 held within the Yidindji territory or in the territory of any other jurisdiction. 4. The Sovereign Yidindji Government does not condone the excessive use of force by officers of the Queensland Police Service, the Australian Federal Police, or any other security agency, public or private within the Yidindji territory before, during or after the staging of the Commonwealth Games 2018. 5. The Sovereign Yidindji Government does welcome all officials of the Commonwealth Games 2018, and in the safe and efficient staging of the Commonwealth Games 2018 within the Yidindji territory. 6. The Sovereign Yidindji Government does welcome all citizens from any jurisdiction to participate or view the Commonwealth Games 2018 events that are staged within the Yidindji territory, and to do so in accord with the laws of the Yidindji Nation, the Commonwealth of Australia, and the State of Queensland. 7. The Sovereign Yidindji Government does empower and condone the officers of the Australian Federal Police, the Queensland Police Service, and other public security agencies to ensure peace, law, and order are maintained during the staging of the Commonwealth Games 2018 within the Yidindji territory.
