Public Notice Minjaani Wungarlji Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Saturday the 3rd day of January 2015

The Sovereign Yidindji Government under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders make known to the whole world that the Sovereign Yidindji Government has established the Minjaani Wungarlji, (Yidindji Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade) for the benefit of the Sovereign Yidindji Government entering into international arena.

The Sovereign Yidindji Government Minjaani Wungarlji, is the primary agency for negotiations in international trade and foreign affairs.

The Sovereign Yidindji Government now make known to the world that: 1. The Sovereign Yidindji Government has the authorisation of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders for the establishment of the Minjaani Wungarlji.

2. The Minjaani Wungarlji emblem is used to identify the authority of Yidindji Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

3. The Minjaani Wungarlji emblem is used to identify property of Yidindji Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

4. The emblem of the Minjaani Wungarlji is the below emblem, consisting of the skeleton image of the marine nautilus shell supporting a coiled python at the centre, and three wait-a-while leaves at the lower left of the nautilus shell.

Unlawful use, possession and or desecration of the Minjaani Wungarlji Emblem or any part of the Minjaani Wungarlji Emblem is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar.

Use means but is not limited to adverse use; the use without license or permission.

Possession means but is not limited to receiving or obtaining possession of the thing, having control over the disposition of the Minjaani Wungarlji Emblem (whether or not the Minjaani Wungarlji Emblem is in the custody of the person), and or having joint possession of the Minjaani Wungarlji Emblem.

Desecration means but is not limited to where a reasonable person would infer that the destruction or mutilation is intended publicly to express contempt or disrespect for the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem, the Sovereign Yidindji Government, Minjaani Wungarlji Emblem, Yidindji Citizens, the Yidindji Tribal People, and or the Yidindji Tribe.

Part means but is not limited to any component of the Minjaani Wungarlji Emblem; these are individual components, Yidindji representation of marine nautilus shell, Yidindji coiled python, Wait-a-While leaves, and or any combination of the aforementioned components.

Any man, woman, child, and or person in unauthorised use of, and or unauthorised possession of, and or desecrating Minjaani Wungarlji Emblem and or components of the Minjaani Wungarlji Emblem, gives mutual assent, and or voluntarily consents to Yidindji Mayaar, and to be tried within the jurisdiction of Sovereign Yidindji Government Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar.
