Notice of Instruction and Notice of Standing Notice to agent is notice to principal, notice to principal is notice to agent.

Take Notice Tony Abbott, As a representative of the Yidindji Tribal People, the true and correct owners of the Yidindji Tribal Lands, at the request of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders, supply this Notice to direct the Commonwealth of Australia to perform, and remove any doubt as to the standing of the Yidindji Tribal people, the Yidindji Tribal lands, waters, natural resources, and all and or any infrastructure so constructed and or erected on Yidindji Tribal lands and waters without the free, prior and informed consent of the Yidindji Tribal People, so determined by the numerous notices to the Commonwealth of Australia.

The Yidindji Tribal People have on numerous occasions over the last twenty-eight (28) months, requested that the Commonwealth of Australia supply any treaty, agreement, bargain, bill of sale, transfer and or supporting evidence to the claimed ownership of Yidindji Tribal Lands, waters, airs and natural resources.

The Commonwealth of Australia to date has refused and or acted in bad faith at all times in trying to settle this matter.

This is issued with the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders.

The judgement in this proceeding is made in reliance on the following: 1. The Commonwealth of Australia did not supply requested supporting documents, and or make a counter-claim, and or did not rebut all claimed, on 28th May 2012 ‘Notice of Rebuttal of Claim of Title to Land and Claim of Right’.

2. The Commonwealth of Australia did not supply requested supporting documents, and or make a counter-claim, and or did not rebut all claimed on 22nd September 2012 ‘Notice to Decolonise’ 3. The Commonwealth of Australia did not supply requested supporting documents, and or refused to cure and remedy the trespass and unauthorised construction on Yidindji Tribal Lands offered by the Yidindji Tribal People on 8th October 2012 ‘Notice of Possession’.

4. The Commonwealth of Australia refused to accept to enter in negotiations initiated by the Yidindji Tribal People on 27th November 2012 ‘Notice of Invitation’

5. The Commonwealth of Australia did not supply requested supporting documents, and or make a counter-claim, and or rebut all claimed 18th May 2014 ‘Notice Tinaroo Dam’.

6. The Commonwealth of Australia did not supply requested supporting documents, and or make a counter-claim, and or rebut all claimed 27th May 2014 ‘Notice for Further and Better Particulars YFV Wizard’

This Notice of Instruction is an administrative directive instructing the Commonwealth of Australia to perform.

The Commonwealth of Australia will: 1. Attach the Yidindji Tribal Emblem above any Commonwealth Coat of Arms to signify the superior authority of the Yidindji Tribal Law. 2. Agree to enter into negotiations in good faith with the Yidindji Tribal People within 28 days to ensure the Yidindji Tribal People a means of subsistence from all infrastructure, constructions, erections an or attachments so claimed as owned by the Commonwealth of Australia signified by the attachment of the Commonwealth Coat of Arms within the Yidindji Tribal Territory.

3. Should the Commonwealth of Australia not want to negotiate in good faith with the Yidindji Tribal People, the Commonwealth of Australia agrees to vacate within 28 days of receipt of this notice all such infrastructure, construction, erection, and or attachments so claimed as owned by the Commonwealth of Australia signified by the attachment of the Commonwealth Coat of Arms without the free, prior and informed consent of the Yidindji Tribal People.

4. Upon vacating all such infrastructures, constructions, erections, and or attachments as claimed as owned by the Commonwealth of Australia signified by the attachment of the Commonwealth Coat of Arms without the free, prior and informed consent of the Yidindji Tribal People, leave all such mentioned in a safe, good, sound and serviceable condition for use by the Yidindji Tribal People.

5. The Commonwealth of Australia will not interfere with any Yidindji Tribal member performing any Yidindji Tribal duty.

The Yidindji Tribal People now make it known to the world that: 1. The Yidindji Tribal People live pursuant to the rule of law, that law being the Yidindji Tribal Law as acknowledged and recognised within the Native Title Consent Determination of the Federal Court of Australia “Joseph on behalf of the Tableland Yidinji People #3 v State of Queensland [2013] FCA 280”, Reason for Judgement, articles 27 and 36.

2. The Yidindji Tribal People are not Australian citizens, and or indigenous Australians 3. The Yidindji Tribal People are not citizens of any other nation.

4. The Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia does not vest in the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia any authority to make laws for the Yidindji Tribal People.

5. The Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia does not vest in the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia any ownership of Yidindji Tribal land, waters and or resources.

6. The Commonwealth Coat of Arms is the formal symbol of the Commonwealth of Australia that signifies Commonwealth authority and ownership, as claimed in the Commonwealth Coat of Arms information and guidelines released by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet of the Australian Government.

7. The Commonwealth of Australia does not have the free, prior, and informed consent of the Yidindji Tribal People to make laws for the Yidindji Tribal People.

8. The Commonwealth of Australia does not have the free, prior and informed consent of the Yidindji Tribal People to construct and or erect all infrastructure and or buildings claimed to be owned by the Commonwealth of Australia as signified by the attachment of the Commonwealth Coat of Arms.

9. The Commonwealth of Australia has not supplied to the Yidindji Tribal People any treaty, and or transfer, and or bill of sale, and or bargain, and or agreement for the Yidindji Tribal Lands completed between the Commonwealth of Australia and the Yidindji Tribal representative acting in the correct capacity for and on behalf of the Yidindji Tribal People to authorise the aforementioned for and on behalf of the Yidindji Tribe.

10. The Commonwealth of Australia does not have the free, prior and informed consent of the Yidindji Tribal People to hold in a trust of any manner, the Yidindji Tribal lands, waters, air and natural resources.

11. The Commonwealth of Australia is subject to the Yidindji Tribal Law by the very fact of recognising and acknowledging the Yidindji Tribal Law exists within the Yidindji Tribal Territory 12. The Yidindji Tribal People mage known to the whole world that the Yidindji Tribal People would be revitalising and or reasserting the Yidindji Tribal Laws on the 7th of January 2013 ‘Notice’

The Commonwealth of Australia has 14 days from receipt of this Notice to reply in writing detailing the time frame in implementing the administrative directive

Should no reply and or response made in writing be forthcoming within the prescribed time to the below address, the Commonwealth of Australia gives mutual assent and or voluntary consent to be tried and or judged in any court of law in any jurisdiction including but not limited to Yidindji Tribal Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to Yidindji Tribal Law. The following points stand as fact and or the truth and admissible as direct, and or original, evidence in any court of law in any jurisdiction including but not limited to Yidindji Tribal Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to Yidindji Tribal Law. The Commonwealth of Australia has authority and or jurisdiction over: 1. The Australian citizen Page !4 of !7

2. Any other International citizen whose nation has a contractual arrangement with the Commonwealth of Australia conferring authority over that citizen whilst in the territory of the Commonwealth of Australia.

The Commonwealth of Australia does not have authority and or ownership over: 1. Any Yidindji Tribal people and or Yidindji Tribal person who are not holding Australian citizenship 2. Any land, sea, airs and or natural resources within the territory of the Yidindji Tribal People as represented by the Yidindji Tribal Map. 3. Any construction, and or erection, and or attachment to Yidindji Tribal Lands and or waters, that do not have the free, prior and informed consent to be constructed, and or erected, and or attached to Yidindji tribal Lands and or waters.

The Yidindji Tribal People have: 1. Sovereignty and dominion over all lands, waters, airs and natural resources.

2. Sovereignty and dominion and or ownership of all constructions, erections and or attachments attached to the lands, and or waters as represented by the Yidindji Tribal map without the free, prior and informed consent of the Yidindji Tribal People.

3. The right to freely pursue economic development and a means of subsistence from the Yidindji Tribal lands, and or waters, and or airs, and or natural resources.

4. The right to freely pursue a means of subsistence from any construction, and or erection, and or attachment to the Yidindji Tribal lands and or waters that does not have the free, prior and informed consent of the Yidindji Tribal People.

The Yidindji Tribal people NOT being Australian citizens nor Indigenous Australians do not have the ability to acknowledge and or recognise nor be subject to postcodes or of the jurisdiction QLD. Any correspondence addressed with such markings will be taken as not addressed to the Yidindji Tribal People and returned as “UNCLAIMED�.
