Health Coaching Conference March 2014
The Health Coaching Conference invited strategic leads, clinicians, change agents and coaches to join and contribute to national and local perspectives on health coaching along with examples of practice. Speakers included Dr Andrew McDowell (The Performance Coach), Rachel Hawley (Change Comes from Within Consulting) and Paul Hughes (Service Lead South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust), discussing Health Coaching and its implications for all staff including practitioners and those involved in service design and development. The Conference also shared initial findings from a regional inquiry on the application of Health Coaching in Yorkshire and the Humber, and created an opportunity for networking and engagement to shape future investment.
