When will I find out if and where I ranked on the list?

Those who make the rankings will be notified before Yes You Can Magazine Top 1% Black Real Estate Agents Rankings is published and released digitally.

Please Note: Once the data is published digitally, we cannot make any changes. Therefore, it is important that you enter everything — your data, your company name, etc. accurately.

How Do you verify submissions?

We require all individual submissions to be accompanied by a production report and Application Submission Form signed by your company’s Responsible Broker or your Branch Manager. Our editorial team will review each submission and contact you if we find any inaccuracies between the data submitted and the supplied documents, we receive from a verifiable Real Estate industry transaction tracking source. If you are unable to respond in a timely manner to requests for further validation of your data, your submission may be rejected.

If I make the rankings will I get an award, or plaque?

Any individual who is featured in our rankings will receive a certificate by email showing your ranking. In Yes You Can Magazine Top 1% Black Real Estate Agents Rankings. We will contact winners around the time the rankings are published to advise you of when you can expect to receive your certificate.

How do you decide which Top 1% BLACK Real Estate Agent is ranked higher in the Most Transactions closed ranking area when their numbers are the same?

We used their total dollar volume as a “tie-breaker”.
