Founders and owners of YES Realty Partners, Keith and Yonna reside in Lake Monticello and are grandparents to three wonderful children. Yonna loves elephants and dreams of working with wildlife rescue in Africa one day. Yonna is Austrian and loves to dance. Her favorite part of the job is building lasting relationships. Keith, a Marine Veteran, spends his spare time cycling and is the producer and star of Real Talk with Keith Smith, a weekly Live real estate show focusing on local real estate.
GAVIN SHERWOOD, ASSOCIATE BROKER Gavin is an Associate Broker with YES Realty Partners. An avid woodworker, he enjoys working in his shop in his spare time. Gavin has been a volunteer with the Wintergreen Adaptive Sports program for 11 years and loves working with the athletes. He also is a ski instructor at Wintergreen. His favorite band is Alice in Chains! Gavin and his wife live in the Shipman aree where they are active members of the community.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Candice van der Linde has lived in the Charlottesville area for more than 23 years and loves calling it home. She has many hobbies including lots of outdoor activities and artistic endeavors. MICHAEL PLECKER, REALTOR
Michael, sometimes called just "Plecker", has been helping people buy and sell homes for 26 years. He loves gardening and hopes to retire to 5 acres with his lovely wife one day. Originally from the Shenandoah Valley, Michael has lived in the Pantops area for 18 years and loves it there! Michael is a VT Hokie through and through and attends many of their games. His favorite part of the job is meeting new clients. In his spare time Michael loves to cook and is an avid camper.

Lisa is all about nurturing and making things grow. In addition to raising two wonderful children, her focus is working on helping her clients create happy lives in their new homes. In addition, she’s recently adopted three kittens who bring new levels of silliness to an otherwise insanely busy life. She’s a creative and experienced cook and appreciates her rare opportunities to extend hospitality to dear friends and family who make her house a home, just as she hopes all her clients come to truly enjoy.

Erica enjoys spending her time outside playing with her kids, hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains, golfing at Meadow Creek and Old Trail and skiing with her Father at Massanutten. Michael works for affordable housing in our area area and supports multiple charity organizations in the Charlottesville and Central Virginia areas. He enjoys golfing, hiking, skiing, visiting friends around the country and going to the beach whenever he can. Together they are EMRealtors, serving clients as a team.
CHRIS KETCHAM, REALTOR
Chris moved to the Charlottesville area in 2015 after running a large and successful family bakery business in Southwest Florida for over 25 years. After moving to Cville he connected with a mutual friend who was a reporter in Florida and had relocated to Cville herself. She agreed to show him around town and a few years later became his wife. They live happily together in Spring Creek with their two Pomsky pups. Chris is also the founder and owner of Ketcham in Focus, a real estate photography business, giving him the ability to serve his clients in multiple ways.

Christopher loves to golf and participates in and sponsors the ARC of the Piedmont golf tournament. He is very active in his church and loves that being a Realtor allows him to meet new people all the time. A resident of Troy, Christopher hopes to one day claim that he's run 7 marathons on 7 continents. Wow! A true foodie, Christopher enjoys grilling and cooking and dreams of eating his way around the world visiting the restaurants of renowned chefs.

When he’s not helping clients find the perfect home, Drew can usually be found hitting the trails with his wife, Janet, and their two lovable Labrador Retrievers, soaking up all the natural beauty Virginia has to offer. He’s also a guitarist and singer at heart, jamming to everything from ’60s and ’70s classic rock to modern folk-inspired favorites — and occasionally taking the stage at local pubs, vineyards, and breweries just for fun.
WENDY BINDER, MARKETING
Marketing Director for YES Realty Partners, Wendy loves to forage and hunt for mushrooms as well as edible and medicinal plants. She is learning to crochet and rotates between crochet and needle-felting as her artistic outlet. Wendy grew up in Charlottesville and now lives in Crozet with her husband and their four children. Her favorite part of the job is being able to be a support to such a great team of people every day.
