Dan received his doctorate in physical therapy in 2014, and I received my masters in Occupational Therapy in 2013. We opened our PT/OT private practice, NY Therapy and Wellness, in May 2016. The practice primarily treats geriatric patients in the home. The newest member of our family, Charles, is now one years old and is the future president of the United States of America.

In 2012 I married my wife Yocheved and joined the Sephardic Rabbinical College in Brooklyn where I spent the next four years. We then moved to Jerusalem for two years where I taught and learned at Yeshivat Moreshet Yerushalayim. This past summer we moved to Deal, NJ with our two children, Shifra and Ezra. I graduated LIU Brooklyn in 2013 with a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy. Several months later I married Eleor Cohen (also a Flatbush graduate) in Petach Tikvah, Israel, with our closest friends and family. We have been married 5 years, and since then I have been practicing as a registered/licensed pediatric OT. I service children in different pediatric settings including special needs preschools, early intervention work in toddlers' homes, and most recently in various charter schools working with kids from K-5th grade.

One year ago, I also opened a company called Pics and Petals, specializing in photography, and event /floral design. I take family and couples portraits, capture events, and freelance as a photographer. I also design floral arrangements for special events (birthdays, private dinners, bridal showers, engagement parties and weddings), teach flower arranging workshops for corporate events/private parties and freelance for other florists. Being an OT, photographer and floral/event designer has been extremely fulfilling, and I am currently working on balancing all three careers!
