In usability tests we test the interface's usability using Lab usability testing Here, we use a moderated, in-person and qualitative testing type to observe and collect data from users.

Here, we use a moderate, in-person and quantitative type of testing. The participants are chosen at random from different sections of the society who have no history with the product. They are given a usability test with a promise of incentive after completion.
