The Medallion Jewish Assisted Living Residence is located on the beautiful Seven Acres Jewish Senior Care Services campus in Southwest Houston. The Medallion was built on the strength and foundation of having a bridge that allows seniors to age in place. We offer a continuum of care that gives seniors the services they need while maintaining their dignity, quality of life and a sense of independence. This innovative approach to assisted living combines beautiful housing, around the clock assisted care, and an extensive array of programs designed to meet the needs of those who require assistance. Our purpose is to nurture and enhance the human spirit in a special way at a special time in our residents' lives.

Life at The Medallion

We feature a variety of quality services, amenities, and programs. These include 24 hour assisted care to encompass medication management, assistance with activities of daily living and housekeeping - all provided by our certified staff in a safe, secure environment. A full-time Life Enrichment Director assures an active schedule of social, cultural, and recreational programs that include music, entertainment, educational programs, and community outings. Our wellness program offers daily exercise and a well-equipped fitness center with an aqua therapy pool. In addition, residents enjoy delicious chef prepared kosher meals in our elegant dining room. In all aspects, The Medallion is thoughtfully designed to meet the special needs of our residents.

The Medallion’s Respite Program provides residents with a five-star hotel-like experience all while offering individualized services and managed care. This program benefits individuals who are recovering from illness or surgery. The Medallion’s Respite Program makes continuing physical therapy a seamless transition, reduces family stress, and provides patients with the added time they need to heal before returning home after a hospital or skilled nursing stay. The Medallion Respite Program is also designed to give caregivers a much-needed break or even travel.
