from LightHouse
The purpose of our Hebron Seniors group is to encourage and engage our senior community offering them different channel to meet, greet and communicate.
Quarterly meetings – we organize quarterly meetings at the church with breakfast and lunch to create a welcoming environment where seniors can feel comfortable sharing their experiences and getting to know one another. Physical and mental recreation – we arrange different types of physical and mental recreation activities such as land and cruise retreats. This will give seniors a chance to explore new places, learn new skills, and stay active.

Free seminars – we conduct free educative and informative seminars on different subjects such as health, management of finance, etc. Speakers who specialize in these fields speak at our meetings. This will not only provide valuable information to seniors but also give them a chance to ask questions and engage in discussions.
Foster communication and fellowship – we encourage seniors to communicate and have fellowship by creating a safe and welcoming environment where they can share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with one another.
Graphic Design: The media team can create high-quality graphics and visual content for the Sunday service announcements, church's website, and social media accounts. This helps to communicate the church's message in a visually appealing way.
Social Media: Social media is an essential communication tool that allows the church to connect with its members and the wider community. A media team can manage the church's social media accounts, creating and sharing engaging content and responding to comments and messages.
Photography and Videography: The media team can capture important moments and events at the church through photography and videography. This can be used to create promotional videos, slideshows, and other media content.
Overall, the media team plays a vital role in helping the church to ensure the technical aspects of the service run smoothly, effectively communicate its message, reach its members and the wider community, and enhance the worship experience for all.
The final thing that that the Lord demands is the physical preparation. As it is seen in Exodus 19:10-13, God asked the children of Israel to wash themselves, be holy and make sure that they do not physically go to the mountain of God. These restrictions and demands were not acceptable to the children of Israel. But the almighty God will never change his requirements! In fact, God requires that we do our best to present ourselves physically when we meet with Him. Remember the following;
• Physically prepare yourself before you go to meet with God

• Get enough rest before meeting with God because it takes energy to listen and to be attentive continuing from page 1

• Treat the presence of God with respect
• Go to the presence of God in your best attire to honor God
• Develop some way that you can acknowledge God’s greatness every time you go into his presence. Although, these requirements could be challenged or questioned, if you understand His greatness, you will realize the fact that meeting with God is one of the greatest events of life. These preparations are designed to make us ready to meet the God of the universe, the Almighty Creator of the world, and the savior of our souls. When we make serious preparation to meet with God, there is no doubt that we will enjoy those special moments of life. n
