This 187,000 sq.ft. project included several phases including the renovation of the main facade by reconstructing the original curved glass window and the addition of an ADA ramp, the addition of balconies @ the East facade, and a new pool deck & open cabanas at the beach front. For this project, I worked in thezoning&codeanalysis,theRevitmodel,schematicrenderings,construction documents, design proposals for the client and HPB Submittal. I also coordinated meetings between client, consultants and suppliers, and communicated major decisions to all relevant parties. I also worked on the constructiondrawingsofphaseIoftheprojec.

1700 Alton Road, The Variety, is a 72 unit hotel. For this project, I worked in the As Built, Historic Building
Designation, HPB, Design Development, Renovation of facade and historical elements, 3D model and coordinationwithclients,contractorandalldisciplines.
A 22,921.95 sq.ft. retail & parking building proposal for three retail spaces and four (4) parking levels. For this project, I worked in the zoning analysis and design concepts. Working alongside the client, we coordinated the intention and program of the building and from those interactions, I developed several options for the design.
The schematic design for this residence was based on an open space concept. Dividing the house in private and public spaces with an open patio that can be perceived all the way from the main entrance to the rear of the back, the water is the element that guide the principal circulation. In this project, I did the zoning and code study, and the schematic designinRevit.
Preliminary design of a 3,000 sf single-family house and office space in Bonao. The proposal for a live-work unit (3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, social areas, kitchen, dining area and office space) integrates the site views into the social spaces, while safeguarding from the harsh sun radiation. The design resembles a typical rural kiosk, with its palm tree leaf roof cover and wood protecting elements in façade. This project was drawn in Revit and renderedInArtlantisandPhotoshop

A 900 sf coffee shop and sandwich bar with outdoor wood deck. This low-budget interior remodeling incorporated the typical sandwich bar, with bright colored walls and wood elements to connect with the outdoor look and feel, achieved by the use of recycled wood pallets on floors and TV wall, and wood trellis.
