The 125-bedded Gynecology and Obstetrics healthcare facility in Indore has been successfully completed, incorporating technology and architecture to reshape the currentmedicalinfrastructure.

Key design objectives focused on efficiency, flexibility, cleanliness, circulation, security, and accessibility.

The facility’s layout optimizes workflow and ensures efficient delivery of healthcare services. Modular elements allow for future expansion and adaptability to changing healthcare needs. Emphasis was placed on maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation. Controlled circulation paths were designed to minimize cross-contamination.

Comprehensive security measures ensure the safety of everyone within the facility. The completion of the project showcases the successful integration of technology and architecture in reshaping the medical infrastructure.

HOTEL ROOM LAYOUTS

The 5-star hotel in Indore effortlessly blends business and pleasure, located in the commercial zone of Super corridor Indore near TCS square. Reflecting the destination’s cultural heritage while meeting global standards, it offers 150 well-designed rooms, including suites, deluxe, and standard rooms. The hotel features versatile banquet facilities for corporate conferences and social events of various sizes. Guests can enjoy diverse dining options with cuisines from around the world and immerse themselves in local art and craft experiences. The design meticulously adheres to building codes and standards, considering airport proximity for convenient guest access. Spanning approximately 3.5-4 acres, the hotel allows for future expansion while integrating seamlessly into the ancient land and upcoming commercial hub of Indore.

After an intensive design process, the high-rise residential building in Phooti Kothi, Indore, has been successfully completed. The 12-floor building offers a balanced mix of 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK units, with a ratio of 189:189:96 units, accommodating the diverse needs of residents. Situated on a site area of 35,000 square meters, the design reflects a thoughtful approach to create a modern and comfortable living environment.

Efficient space utilization was a key consideration throughout the project. Each unit was meticulously planned to optimize functionality, storage, and living space, ensuring residents can enjoy a comfortable and well-designed home. Natural light and ventilation were prioritized, with large windows, balconies, and open spaces incorporated into the design to maximize daylight exposure and fresh airflow.
