Cellist Gemma Kneale is a musician, educator and sound artist. Her passion lies in the collaborative process of music making, forming unique bonds with artists, creators and students in the pursuit of meaningful artistic experiences. Joy Lee is a harpsichord specialist who plays and is interested in new and old music. She has played piano for most of her life but lost her soul to the harpsichord in 2018. Now she thinks about it constantly. She regularly performs in chamber, ensemble and solo contexts. She is well known for her connection to the Astra Choir and her own contemporary early music ensemble Croissants & Whiskey.

Messmates Dining, 2025 Regional Restaurant of the Year, is a family affair - helmed by brother and sister duo Chris and Jodie Odrowaz and their partners Jess and Michael. Inspired by local farms and produce, their food is classical in technique with a contemporary approach.

Xavier Goodridge's winemaking style supports his philosophy of letting the vineyard's work shine through in the finished wine His approach revolves around minimal intervention, allowing the grapes to express their natural characteristics without manipulation.
