DECEMBER 2016/ JANUARY 2017
The Eagle Newsletter from Yarnscombe Note from the Editors We’d like to offer our congratulations to Kelvin and Gemma of the Sparks on the safe arrival of their little boy, Harry, during October.
Halloween around the village was amazing. So many people decorated their houses with pumpkins, ghosts and ghouls – it looked spook-tacular!!! The Youth Group have asked us to pass on their huge thanks to those of you who were kind enough to “treat” them with loads of goodies when they went out on Halloween. It was tremendous to see about 20 children “trick or treating” in one group. It was definitely easier for the group and you, the residents. Thank you.
………… and thank you to everyone in Yarnscombe. Without your continued support and articles The Eagle wouldn’t continue to change and evolve as it has during 2016. Let’s hope that we can continue to improve during 2017. And, on that note, can we take this opportunity of wishing you all a
Merry Christmas
(and we’ll see you in January).

and a Prosperous New Year
