The Eagle NEWSLETTER FROM YARNSCOMBE A Note From The Editors A big welcome to all our new neighbours who have joined us in the village over the last few weeks.
Sandy Evans has moved into Primrose Cottage. Vicky and Thomas Yaxley have moved into Normead. Ruth and David Blake have moved into Hillside.
We hope that you all will be very happy in Yarnscombe. Other houses in the village have been sold and let recently and we trust that our outgoing neighbours are happy in their new homes. Please leave your latest Eagle for the new occupants so they can get in touch with us and other organisations in the village . ~~~~~~~~~~~ It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the sudden passing of Gordon Wright of Cherry Tree Cottage while in his favourite armchair earlier in May. Our condolences are passed to Joyce and the rest of his family at this sad time. ~~~~~~~~~~~ If anyone would like further copies of the Horticultural Show details and entry form for the Village Weekend, please make contact with either Richard or Alison Purchase at Langley Barton or via email at yarnscombe.weekend@gmail.com
