I am a hardworking individual who love to learn and gain new experience. I am quite a fast learner and often work under time pressure. I am responsible and able to work in team. I hope my creativity and skill that I learn in college could make me a great co-worker.

01. RESORT The Site is located at Bengaluru, Karnataka. The aim was to design eco-resort which is environment friendly.

The Site area is 10,000 Sq.m with existing waterbody and is right next to highway. The pathways are covered with colourful plants on both the sides.

SITE PLAN

A Bridge is designed on the waterbody for people to enjoy views.

There are two entrances to the resort. One is feom highwat and other one is from main road.

There is Admin right next to the entrance then the pathway leads to Park which contains open stage and seating areas.

Resort has 2 different restaurants with open basketball court and tennis court. The cottages are designed in a way that it allows more privacy. In total there are 20 cottages, every five cottages are designed to form a circle with seating area in the middle.

Banquet hall and Spa are next to each other with waterbody in the front.

A. BANQUET HALL Banquet hall offers space mainly for weddings, birthdays, bridal showers and other personal events.

Usage of stone pillars, and wooden flooring to give the banquet hall more traditional look.

Usage of reflective glass for the front facade to see out, while preventing people from seeing in. The hexagonal shaped frames gives a pleasing appearance.

MAIN ENTRANCE

The Banquet Hall contains of kitchen, Courtyard, Seating Area, Changing Rooms, Washrooms and Stage.

B. COTTAGE The Challenge in this design is to create an environmentally efficient house that fits all year seasons.

Using simple techniques in main design that refletcs on the internal environment of the house, the pitched roof to allow the natural to get in and protecting internal parts from direct sunlight.

The cottage contains of one bedroom, living room, attached bathroom, outdoor seating area and private pool.

COTTAGE

The cottage is mostly surrounded by trees which makes the cottage a better place to be.

C. SPA The Spa is located right infront of the water body and mostly covered with trees. Which allows us to enjoy the beautiful scenery while relaxing.

The Spa contains of Reception, Waiting Area, Interior Garden, Massage Rooms, Changing Rooms, Washrooms, Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna.

The Special part of the design is interior garden in which one can relax themselves under the sky.

The Glass facade allows people to feel the nature. The Indoor pool is in total private seperate building for privacy.

The Site is located at Ravulapalem, Andhra Pradesh. The aim was to design a modern house. The Site area is 180 Sq.m The site is surrounded by roads on 3 sides. The backside of the site is full of fields which was used as an advantage in this design.

Long Strips abd designed for front facade. There is porch with enough space for people to move around freely.

There are two balconies for this house, one is for the bedroom and the other one is for living room.

Different kinds of Wood is used for different spaces. Usage of Glass fence for terrace.

The House has garden area infront of the building with seating area.

There is a parking space right next to the garden.

A stone pathway leads to the house from entrance gate.

Compund wall is designed around the house to provide security.

A 2m gap is given around the house.

Terrace has a seating area with roof on top and lond strips on side.

First floor contains two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, guest room, studying room, and 2 balconies.

Studying room is designed in a way to enjoy the farmlands in the backside of the house.

03. APARTMENT

The Site is located at Ravulapalem, Andhra Pradesh. The aim was to design an apartment for 8 families.

Usage of wood and stone for front facade. The apartment has its own parking area. There are 8 blocks in total in the entire apartment. Two blocks per each floor which means two families can live per each floor.

Wide range of corridors are provided in each floor. Along with staircase and elevator.

Each block contains living room, Kitchen,Bedroom with attached bathroom and private balcony.

This is a small apartment with small open kitchen. Living room is next to kitchen. The staircase is designed with wooden strips on both sides.

The front facade is designed in a way to place the plants attached to the outer wall. A mumpty room is designed with extended roofs.

SITE PLAN

The Site is located at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The aim was to design a small restaurant for 60 people. The restaurant has it’s own parking area.

The site is right next to main road.

The restaurant has 2 floors in total with 2 mini kitchens. It also has outdoor seating area in the first floor with plants arranged on the wall in one side.

An outdoor seating area is managed on porch in ground floor.

Concrete strips are designed in the left side in first floor and at the backside in ground floor.
