This group's primary objective is to inform its members about real estate. Building on past accomplishments and generating prospects for the future, education is a continual process. The NAR-India education programmes make sure that members have the skills and knowledge needed to provide consumers with efficient service. Through its partnership with NAR, NAR India offers a variety of courses to its members that have observable effects. The participants are given the chance to apply for REMET (Real Estate Membership Entry Test). REMET is a standardized test that realtors can take to determine their strengths and potential in the industry. It provides agents and brokers with a place in the community that would be otherwise challenging to find due to its uncertain nature.

Many online courses & specializations are also offered by NAR, the Institute of Real Estate Management, and the REMET. One of them is the prestigious title of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), which works with clients during each stage of the home-buying process. To advance their knowledge and expertise in their specialized sectors of interest, members can also benefit from certificate programmes like CIPS (Certified International Property Specialists) & CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager).

Additionally, NAR India purchased IIRE in order to provide specialized content to meet regional market demands. Both organizations are dedicated to enhancing local and global real estate professionals' knowledge and abilities. The real estate industry is currently unorganized, but NAR India thinks that education & exposure may be set up in an organized way. They believe that these people are the greatest in the industry and have the most potential.

To highlight the vast array of alternatives available to realtors, this organisation is holding its 15th annual convention in Coimbatore. India's economy is on track to overtake China as the third-largest in the world. To sustain this growth, the real estate market must tighten. The goal of the NAR India Convention is to raise awareness among all interested parties of the potential in India in a variety of real estate-related industries and to boost the country's economy.

NAR India is an international real estate exhibition that is the first of its kind in Coimbatore. Realtors will be able to learn about the newest technologies while reaffirming their fundamental principles at the NAR India convention.
