Chileans are legally allowed to reside and work in other countries without the need for special permission from the Government of Chile. They must apply for a visa before they travel outside the country. All Chile Travelers Affidavit documents are issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. These documents allow Chileans to enter foreign territory and live and work without obtaining the necessary visa. They are also valid for three years and one year after the expiration of your visa.
