I fell in love with architecture as soon as I began this challenging journey I am fascinated with plans and details brought to life and observing how architecture interacts with people or how people interact with architecture.

The project is located in Córdoba, Argentina. It consists of a duplex complex in the Chacras Norte neighborhood. Each duplex features a covered garage, living/dining area, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a master bedroom with an en suite. Additionally, there is a gallery with a barbecue area that opens to the garden.

For this project, I prepared the construction plans and sales plans, including both interior and exterior renders

For this project we were asked to remodel a quincho as an area for celebrations and social gatherings.

Preserving the concrete materiality of the walls was one of the project ideas, along with providing warmth to the space with peteribí furniture and steel for the grill

The idea was to create an equiped kitchen with grill and island, and a flexible space for dining and living room

A cellar was also created to not only store wines but also display them since the clients are people who like to collect wines

03. HOUSE IN LA PANKANA 2024

The project is located in a private neighborhood in Córdoba, Argentina. It is a single-family home with two levels: the ground floor serves as the social and service area, while the upper floor is for private use. The house is entirely designed with gray concrete and brick, with wooden accents to add warmth. Vegetation plays a crucial role in the design of the home.

For this project, I created the construction plans, conducted site supervision, and produced both interior and exterior renders

We wanted to create a flexible space so the girl can adapt the furniture to her needs as she grows.

A bedroom with a desk was planned for carrying out schoolwork and also a space for makeup. A Lilo and Stitch style mural was made to match the pink of the furniture.

Playroom design for 2 children, ages 15 and 13, who will use the space to play and do their homework.

The assignment was under the premise " a place that is not boring and that awakens their interest to be there and perform their duties as well as be able to entertain themselves with friends "
